With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,enterprises have gradually become the most prominent organization type in economic and social life in terms of size,occupancy and status.Shenzhen enterprises have grown up with the rapid development of opening up and industrialization.Also in the new situation of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of young people who was born in the countryside with higher education flow into the city,become white-collars in enterprise.These 80 s and 90 s employees have become the main force of the development of private enterprises in Shenzhen.They have a higher education,but lack of clear career planning,social support network is scarce.They basically divorced from the countryside without real integration into the city.In the workplace,they face occupational burnout and development bottlenecks issues.Their ability and quality decides whether they can gain a firm foothold directly,also affect the industrial transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in Shenzhen.In order to improve the ability of employees and enhance the cohesion of enterprises,the problem-solving oriented occupational social work has a huge potential demand.At present,the social work service in Shenzhen is relatively few in the enterprise field.The service content is focus on the psychological crisis intervention,easing the labor relations between the enterprises and employees.And current occupational social work service has some difficulties,such as current social work service lack of institutional guarantee,the implementation of the project is difficult to ensure continuity,third-party social workers are difficult to integrate into the enterprise and so on.Under the above background,this article takes the employees of Shenzhen A enterprise as the research object.Social worker uses the Enterprise Human Resources department support to process the social work service of employee empowerment with in-house model.At first,through questionnaire,interviews and focus group,the status quo,demand and training preferences of employees are investigated and statistics,social worker analyzes the necessity of employee empowerment,and expounds the advantages of social work perspective of the empowerment compared with empowerment of management,advantages of the enterprise social work compared with enterprise human resources training.Then,social worker use the case work and the group work to promote employees individual level and communicative level empowerment,guides the staff to realize the self-management,promotes the employee help self-help when improving the management level and production efficiency,promote a healthy operation and development of enterprises,to achieve the goal of mutual benefit of enterprises and employee.
