| In the 19 th CPC National Congress,it has been proposed that it was necessary to integrate core values of Chinese socialism into all aspects of social development and turned them into people’s emotional identity and behavioral habits.Xi Jinping has pointed out that’’we should use well the classroom teaching as the main channel’’ and ’’make all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses go in the same direction to form a cooperative effect.’’ How to integrate the core values of Chinese socialism into "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" and how to develop qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism are the urgent issues needed to be studied and solved.This study can further expand the scope of the integration as well as ideological and political education,deepen the connotation and value of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics",which can help deepen the core values of Chinese socialism,turn "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" from abstract into specific,and improve students’ ideological cognition.It is important for the "three-aspect" education and the development of students’ correct values.The domestic and international scholars have achieved colorful results about the core values of Chinese socialism,"Curriculum Ideology and Politics" and related or similar issues,but there are still some shortcomings,which can be further explored in this study.This study determines the study ideas and develops the study orderly through literature research,investigation,reasoning and other methods.The innovations: the study perspective is new: it focuses on "integration",which reflects the new perspective of the study;the study content is new: it summarizes the basic requirements of integration and explores the practical methods.The shortcomings: narrow survey scope,single used methods,and comparatively superficial theoretical discussion and analysis.The theoretical overview mainly includes four parts.Firstly,to integrate the core values of Chinese socialism into the basic connotation of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in colleges and universities: highlight the content and elements of core values of Chinese socialism in " Curriculum Ideology and Politics",strengthening the education function of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics’ ’ gathering students’ value consensus,improving students’ ideological level and realizing students’ comprehensive development.Secondly,the theoretical basis: the theories of classical Marxist writers on the comprehensive development of human beings,theories about socialist values and the discuss of the leaders of the Communist Party of China that is about to focus on socialist values in school education.Thirdly,the logical relationship between core values of Chinese socialism and "Curriculum Ideology and Politics"in colleges and universities: the former one is the value core of the latter one,while the latter one is an important place for the former one to spread,and the two are integrated and achieve each other.Fourthly,the significance of value: the integration of core values of Chinese socialism into the "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in colleges and universities is the inevitable choice to realize the value orientation of the courses,the inevitable requirement to implement the task of fostering virtues in colleges and universities,and the objective need for ensuring the socialist political background of colleges and universities.The status analysis of the integration of core values of Chinese socialism into "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in colleges and universities: there are questionnaires designed around the core issue of "integration",and the main targets of the study are managers,teachers and students from part of colleges and universities in Jinan.The purpose of the study is to further understand the actual status of the integration of core values of Chinese socialism into "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in universities.The questionnaires are self-made,which includes teacher version and student version.The main contents of the questionnaires include the basic status of the study subjects,the effectiveness of integration,and the existed problems while integrating.The questions are set progressively from easy to difficult and from general to special,which has 23 questions for both teachers and students.The questionnaires are distributed randomly through the Questionnaire Star,and are collected and analyzed on time to conduct the empirical study.The effectiveness of "integration" mainly includes:teachers and students in colleges and universities have a deeper understanding towards the core values of Chinese socialism;the integration of core values of Chinese socialism into "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" has become a consensus,which has created a better integration environment.The main problems include: the carrying way of core values of Chinese socialism is not rich enough,the inspiration power of teachers is not strong enough,and the form and content of practice are not various enough.The reasons for these problems are: the universities do not really know about the concept of integration,there are relatively few integration carriers,the comprehensive quality of teachers still needs to be improved,there are fewer ways to practice core values of Chinese socialism,and the institutional system of integration is not sound.The basic requirements for the integration of core values of Chinese socialism into "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in colleges and universities: firstly,the integration goal.The goal is the visual expression of the goal of integration,and the goals that need to be achieved through integration are: to gather students’ value consensus,to realize students’ comprehensive development,and to enhance students’ ideological level.Secondly,the integration principle.The principles are the theoretical regulations of integration actions.The principles that need to follow the integration are: scientific principle,systematic principle,consistency principle,and adaptability principle.Thirdly,the integration content.Content is the sum of the elements of integration.The contents that need to be integrated into the content are: to put prosperity,strong,democracy,civility and harmony into the "Curriculum Ideology and Politics ";to put freedom,equality,justice,the rule of law into the "Curriculum Ideology and Politics";and to put patriotism,dedication,integrity,friendliness into the "Curriculum Ideology and Politics".The practical paths of integrating socialist core values into the "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" in colleges and universities: Firstly,it lies in the deepening of the recognition of concept,since it is the forerunner of integration.The improvement of the cognition of each subject of colleges and universities on the concept of education is necessary,the educational mission of socialist universities should be clarified,and the theoretical cognition of each subject on integration should be deepened.Secondly,the enhancement of teachers’ quality is necessary,since they are the main implementation subjects of integration.The political literacy of curriculum teachers should be improved,the educational literacy of curriculum teachers on values should be strengthened,and the sense of responsibility of curriculum teachers should be enhanced.Thirdly,the expansion of the integration carrier is necessary,since it is the material basis of integration.The network carrier and case carrier should be built based on teaching carrier.Fourthly,the optimization of the practice way is necessary,since it is the concrete embodiment of the integrated content.The way of curriculum teaching practice should be optimized,the way of teachers’ edification practice should be improved,and the way of teachers’ demonstration practice should be perfected.Fifthly,the perfection of the system and mechanism should be carried out,since it is the guarantee of integration,in which the organization mechanism,operation mechanism,evaluation and correction mechanism are
