| As the most basic unit of social governance, the community urgently needs to establish a community self-organization mechanism to enhance the interaction of residents and meet the needs of community development.Social work is people-oriented,with professional values and scientific methods to help people, rooted in the community, and by cultivating community stay-at-home mothers to organize themselves, promote community residents’ awareness of participation and the formation of organization, and help innovation in community governance. This paper takes the self-organization of full-time mothers in L community as a case to conduct a systematic study, guided by empowerment theory and self-organization process theory, collects data through observation and interview methods, and systematically analyzes the practical process of social work intervention in community full-time mother self-organization cultivation, combined with the self-organization life cycle, the self-organization cultivation process of full-time mothers is divided into four stages: breeding stage-germination stage-growth stage-transformation stage.Among them, the breeding stage is mainly the excavation of "capable people" in the community to form the prototype of small groups. The embryonic stage is to make a small group of stay-at-home mothers reach a consensus and form collective action. The growth phase is primarily community service, empowering individuals, organizations and communities. The transformation stage is service transformation, and it is also the transformation of self-organized members from helping others to self-help.As the initiators and companions of the self-organized cultivation of full-time mothers in the community, social workers deeply explore how the self-organized cultivation of full-time mothers can achieve the empowerment and empowerment of relevant groups through the spiral cycle of "planning-action-reflection" cultivation action.Summarize and form general experience, reflect on deficiencies, and put forward suggestions for improvement, provide reference for the cultivation of self-organization of full-time mothers in urban village communities, and enrich the practical experience of self-organization and cultivation of full-time mothers in communities. The study found that it is feasible to integrate community resources with social work as the main body and cultivate self-organization of community stay-at-home mothers in promoting community governance. When social workers cultivate self-organization of stay-at-home mothers, they find that there are still difficulties involved in self-organization of stay-at-home mothers, such as strong dependence, irregular internal management of self-organization,slow development of self-organization,and single access to resources. In order to ensure the healthy development of the self-organization of full-time mothers in the community, regularly organize social workers to carry out vocational re-education,improve the long-term mechanism for self-organization and cultivation of full-time mothers, link multiple subjects to participate in the cultivation work, and actively expand the channels for self-organization to gather resources to ensure that the community The effective operation of the self-organization system of full-time mothers plays an active role in promoting the sustainable development of self-organization of full-time mothers and the modernization of community governance. |
