After entering the new relocation environment,due to the change of livelihood mode,how to obtain employment in the relocated environment has become a problem faced by most immigrants.In this paper,J community,an ex situ poverty alleviation resettlement site in Qingzhen City,Guizhou Province,is selected as the research area.Under the background that immigrants enjoy macro employment support,some immigrants still have deficiencies in information reception,job matching,job access threshold and self career planning,which can not achieve smooth employment.This paper refines and enhances the above-mentioned problems by means of social work case intervention.Through the research,it is found that the employment ability dilemma of immigrants in J community of Qingzhen city mainly focuses on the lack of information acquisition ability,employment skill ability and adaptability.According to the three aspects of the above analysis,this part of the lack of employability is classified and refined from the perspective of empowerment theory,which is specifically reflected in the in-depth understanding of the employment needs of immigrants in an individualized way,the lack of career planning,the improvement of job matching ability and employment access ability,so as to improve the employability of immigrants in three aspects: information acquisition ability,skill ability and adaptability,In order to meet the requirements of employment access and sustainable employment.It is expected to solve J community employment difficulties,expand the research field of empowerment theory,enhance the consistency between theory and practice,and give some reference to other relocated poverty alleviation communities...
