Research On Internet Public Opinion Governance Based On Gatekeeper Theor

With the rapid development of mobile networks,the number of netizens in China has risen sharply,and online public opinion incidents have occurred frequently,which has also led to the difficulty of controlling once online public opinion occurs,so regulators from all sides are in trouble.The continuous occurrence and difficulty of controlling online public opinion will not only disrupt the order of the network,but also cause great harm to the real society in social emergencies caused by online public opinion.With the decentralization of gatekeeper power,the gatekeeper theory has also been greatly impacted.However,gatekeepers have their own unique role in this era of frequent online public opinion,but it may be difficult for a single gatekeeper to carry out effective governance.The gatekeeper theory has been studied in different fields since it was proposed,but it is more based on the field of communication,and in today’s era of self-media and mass media,the existence of gatekeepers has been questioned and challenged,and many scholars believe that gatekeepers have no place in this era.However,it is precisely because of the characteristics of gatekeepers and the lack of control and everyone’s control caused by today’s mass media era that we need to clarify our gatekeeping ideas and give full play to the value of gatekeeper theory in this era.The collaborative governance of gatekeepers at all levels may be an effective means to change the gatekeeper’s control mode and network public opinion governance in this era.By referring to the mechanism of gatekeeper theory and the relevant theory of collaborative governance,this paper uses the Westley Mc Lean model and the relevant knowledge of system dynamics to construct the stock flow map of the network public opinion system with gatekeepers at all levels.Through the simulation analysis of the system dynamic flow diagram,the dominant path and related influencing factors affecting the development of network public opinion and the role that gatekeepers can play in network public opinion governance are found,and the gatekeeper strategies and collaborative governance strategies at all levels are proposed on this basis.In order to provide a little reference for future network public opinion governance.
