Research On The Public Opinion On The Internet In The Perspective Of Network Governance Theory

With the rapid development of the network technology,as the most convenient instrument of information dissemination,the Internet has gradually become the bridge of communication and the important link of interaction between the people and government.Netizens can express their opinions publicly and conveniently via the internet.The internet public opinion reflects the orientation of affective values of the public.The existing network management model shall be reformed and innovated.The government departments also need to enhance the ability of self-discipline and optimize the management of internet public opinion to ensure the network data authentic,effective and credible.And they also need to avoid reverse phenomenon such as chaos of social order,social conflicts.Finally,the harmony and stability of social order is maintained.This paper aims to study the issues of internet public opinion.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction to the background and significance of network public opinion governance issues and their literature review.The context and structure of the thesis is built based on the collection of relevant research on the current state both at home and abroad.The second part of the thesis includes the deep research on the theory of network governance.It contains four parts as follows: network design links,the internet and accountability environment,and improving the abilities of internet management,which establishes the theoretical foundation for the research.The third part focuses on the retrospect of the case of stampede in shanghai.Several problems have been revealed through the analysis of the reason of appearance and evolution of internet public opinion in specific time and area.And then,several researches have been made from the aspects of review of the whole affair,emergency treatment for the issue after the event,official analysis,and judgement of the public opinion.The fourth part is an analysis of the reason of problems of internet public opinion.The fifth part of the thesis is the analysis of countermeasure from the perspective of the government internet public opinion management,emphasizing the construction of more scientific internet public governance system and putting forward with the corresponding policies.And the countermeasure shall cover several domains,including the release of governmentinformation,warning and supervision,response and communication,and the guidance of internet public opinion.The sixth part of the paper is epilogue,which aims to draw the conclusion of content above.
