Research On The Four-in-One Development Path Of "Study, Training, Competition And Industry" Of High-level Sports Teams In Shandong Universitie

In August 2020,the state general administration of sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued by the "opinions on deepening the body teaching fusion to promote the healthy development of teenagers",made clear that by promote the coordinated development of student athletes training,accelerate the construction of high level sports team,also fully emphasized the university high level sports team construction for the importance of teaching fusion.In recent years,Shandong province has made some achievements in the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,involving a wide range of projects,and the number of students ranks the fourth in China.However,the construction of high-level sports teams in universities in Shandong province still has some practical problems,such as poor management efficiency,prominent contradiction between athletes’ learning and training,and difficult employment of athletes after graduation,which hinder the construction and development of high-level sports teams.Therefore,it is the only way to promote the construction and development of high-level sports teams in Shandong province from the perspective of "integration" and give full play to the comprehensive education function to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of Shandong province colleges and universities.This study adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis,AHP level analysis,from the basic situation of high level sports teams in Shandong province,put forward "learning training industry" four core point of development,and analyze the influencing factors,and planning high level sports teams in Shandong province "learning training industry" four one development path,in order to promote the high level sports team "learning" "training" training ""competition "," graduation employment " integration development to provide the reference.The study has reached the following conclusions:(1)The current colleges and universities in Shandong province basically for high level sports team has perfect policy guarantee documents,leading organization,management system,etc.,Shandong province high level sports team construction development situation is better,present the number of admissions schools,enrollment project involves wide,sports special features,competitive level is prominent,etc.(2)The teaching setting deficiencies,the allocation of resources supply limited management construction problems and athletes studies,competitive level,graduate employment artificial problems urgently solved,not reasonable summary problems,follow the social development needs,lead to "training contradiction" has been troubling athletes development,then for the results of the "training" "race" is also affected,can’t get good competition and graduation way.(3)The four-in-one development system of "learning,training and competition" for high-level sports teams in Shandong Province is composed of three factors,from high to low,followed by human factors,policy factors and resource allocation factors.(4)High level universities in Shandong province sports team "learning training" four integrated development path design to teach fusion as the guiding ideology,to system concept,people-oriented,consistency as the principle,in order to improve team connotation construction,improve the athletes as the overall goal,to create mode,improve the mechanism,establish the evaluation system as the main task,with comprehensive quality management theory as the theoretical basis.(5)The selection of the four-in-one development path of "learning,training and competition" for high-level sports teams in Shandong Province includes: constructing the linkage mechanism to strengthen leadership and implementing the system of "sports + education";strengthening learning and implementing the cultural achievement one-vote veto system;encouraging the mass innovation and implementing the special cooperative club system for school sports;integrating resources to form the cooperative education mode of "government,society,school and home";improving supply and implementing the guarantee system of resource allocation;and implementing the education mode of "curriculum politics and training and competition industry".
