Study On Influential Factors Of Sports Performance Of High Level Long Jump In Universities Of Shandong Province

The establishment of high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities in China began in 1987.so far,in the past 30 years^[1],the high-level sports teams in colleges and universities have been training high-level sports talents in an all-round way.Participating in major international and domestic sports events is of far-reaching significance to the country's Olympic glory plan and the important strategic plan for the sustainable development of competitive sports.It has played a key role in promoting the development and exchange of sports in colleges and universities and carrying out sports activities in colleges and universities^[2].Combined with their own long jump experience and the low performance of high-level long jump in colleges and universities in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes its influencing factors.In this paper,the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used to study the ocean university of China,Qingdao University,Shandong University of Science and Technology,Liaocheng University and Mountain.Teachers and coaches from East Agricultural University and China University of Petroleum were investigated and visited.On the basis of comprehensive and rich literature and scientific theory,combined with the sports performance of high-level long jumpers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province,this paper constructs an expert questionnaire on the influencing factors of sports performance of high-level long jumpers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.In addition,this paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of the sports performance of high-level long jumpers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province,obtains the influence index system,and then formulates the questionnaire of athletes and coaches with the influence factors as the core.Through the investigation and statistical analysis,a more comprehensive,scientific and accurate influencing factor system is obtained.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical reference for the practice of high-level long jump training in colleges and universities in Shandong Province in the future.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the methods of literature,expert interview and Delphi,this paper makes a theoretical summary and investigation and analysis of the factors affecting the sports performance of high-level long jumpers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.It is concluded that the first-level indicators affecting the sports performance of high-level long jumpers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province are athlete factors,coach factors,school factors and social factors,including 20 secondary indicators.2.Through the sequence diagram,the weights of each level?influence factor?index and second level?influence factor?index are calculated.According to the weight,the influencing factors are ranked as follows:physical quality,teaching level,teaching ability,technical ability,sports experience,psychological ability,professional accomplishment,goal orientation,competition system,career planning,Economic development,enrollment policy,scientific research level,learning management,team leadership atmosphere,leadership attention,training objectives,training time,sports intelligence and competition opportunities.3.The influencing factors and the degree of influence obtained by the Delphi method are basically consistent with the cognition of the athletes and coaches to the degree of influence.The influencing factors and weights of the high-level long jump achievements of colleges and universities in Shandong Province obtained in this study are in line with the reality.
