Spinning top sport is a traditional ethnic sport loved by ethnic minorities in Southwest China.Under the requirements of the new round of curriculum reform,in order to better develop the traditional sports of ethnic minorities and enrich the curriculum resources of school physical education,spinning top sport has been introduced into sports by some colleges and universities in my country.classroom.However,all colleges and universities including Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou and other provinces where gyro sports are well developed,without exception,have the embarrassing situation that the gyro sports curriculum system is in the primary stage,and its teaching content,teaching methods and teaching procedures are not perfect.status.Therefore,this research intends to start with the order and method of gyro sports teaching,and to find the optimal teaching method for each stage of gyro teaching.From the perspective of the value of the research,this is very important for the further development of gyro sports in colleges and universities.Said is particularly important.On the basis of detailed analysis of the ethnic traditional sports—gyro sports in colleges and universities,the teaching characteristics,the particularity of the teaching groups,and the playing methods of the top sports,this study initially puts forward the optimal teaching sequence and method of the top sports courses.method,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of the teaching quality of the gyro sports course,the further development of the gyro sports in colleges and universities,and even the construction of the ethnic traditional physical education curriculum system in colleges and universities.The study selected the teaching sequence and method of gyro movement in the compulsory public physical education course of Minzu University of China as the research object,and used literature research methods,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to study the gyro attack and defense technology.In-depth analysis and research have been carried out on the teaching links and the teaching methods to be used in the offensive and defensive techniques.After a detailed analysis of the application of gyro movement technology in teaching practice,it is concluded that the key to the teaching of gyro movement offensive and defensive technology lies in the awakening and induction of students’own proprioceptive ability.According to the difficulty of learning gyro technology and the concept of gyro motion attack and defense,the teaching sequence of gyro attack and defense technology is determined as gyro technology and gyro attack technology;according to the connection between the various technical links of gyro,the teaching sequence of gyro attack and defense technology is determined as follows:Holding the top,winding the top,holding the top,holding the pole,preparing the posture,throwing the top,and pulling the top;according to the difficulty of learning the types of top attack and defense techniques,the teaching order of the top spinning techniques is determined as Yunnan-style spinning top techniques,Beijing-style gyro release technique;the teaching sequence to determine the type of gyro attacking gyro technique is the previous two steps of hitting the gyro,the cross step of vigorously hitting the gyro(optional teaching),and fishing gyro(optional teaching);the overall attack and defense technology of the gyro adopts the decomposition method The teaching method combined with the complete method can not only achieve breakthroughs in key technical links,but also realize the connection between various technical links.In addition,the step-by-step teaching method is adopted on the basis of the teaching method combining the decomposition method and the complete method.
