Case Work Research On The Resocialization Of Community Correction Personnel Temporarily Released From Priso

Under the influence of the socialization of execution and the concept of restorative justice,the Community Correction Law came into being and has been implemented for more than two years.The law defines the identities of social organizations and professional social workers,and stipulates that correction institutions are specifically responsible for the participation of social forces.Jointly help community correction personnel to correct and reshape in the aspects of thought,cognition,behavior,right and wrong values and comprehensive quality,so as to reduce the social risk of their reoffending.To transform them back into law-abiding citizens,to help them reintegrate,adapt to society and resocialize.Due to serious health problems or special physiological conditions,the community correctional personnel who are temporarily executed outside prison are the weak among correctional personnel.They need more professional psychological counseling and help,and the problem of re-socialization needs to be paid attention to and effectively solved.In order to further explore the re-socialization of such criminals and focus on their practical needs in the process of correction assistance and re-socialization,this paper takes a pregnant community correction worker who is temporarily executed outside prison as the research object to carry out a practical study of case intervention.Through literature research and field investigation,this paper tries to understand and master the correction situation,resocialization status and needs of the client and the similar correctional staff in their community,and analyze the main obstacles to their resocialization based on their community environment.Centering on the core needs of the client’s own wrong cognitive behavior,re-socialization dilemma and social acceptance,the cognitive behavioral theory is used to correct the client’s wrong attribution to his crime,relieve anxiety and pessimism and depression,and correct his non-value deviation such as "innocence of the ignorant".From the perspective of advantages,I helped the client to discover her strengths and her advantages in resources,encouraged her to actively try to find a new job and experience how to create value with labor and gain a sense of achievement,thus improving her sense of self-efficacy and regaining confidence.Put the client into the system and situation of family and society,and use social work skills to eliminate the client’s resentment towards his parents for many years,eliminate the estrangement,reach a reconciliation,and understand each other to obtain sufficient emotional support from his family.Lead the client to re-enter and deeply understand the community,restore the positive interaction with the community,strive for community resources and social support to meet their needs of social acceptance,and help them re-employment.The recovery of sufficient emotional support and social support from family members will enable the client to better complete the correction,fully adapt and integrate into the society in psychology,cognition,behavior,cognition of who we are and how we behave,work and employment,and finally complete the re-socialization.
