Social Work Intervention In Community Correction Objects Research On Re-socialization

Since entering the 21st century,our country has been actively promoting community correction,in 2019 the law of the People’s Republic of China community correction issued more marked the community correction in China has obtained certain achievements,but due to the object in the process of community correction has a certain degree of dilemma,coupled with the current community correction mode also has certain limitations,so to some extent,the influence of community correction object to socialization,so the need to update the concept and way of community correction.Since the eighteenth congress,the state has been emphasized and attaches great importance to the social forces to participate in grassroots governance,social work as a social force of one dollar,by providing services to participate in community correction is an embodiment of social governance,is an important embodiment of innovative community correction model,also can better help community correction object smoothly into society,realize socialization.This paper takes the community correction object as the research object and collects data through interview and observation method.First applied ecosystem theory,from the micro,medium and macro three angles to analysis the plight of community correction object to socialization,found that community correction object in the micro system of life and psychological dilemma,in the system level of the family,community and peers,in the macro system mainly manifested in the exclusion of social culture and the plight of the imperfection of community correction system.Secondly,the services provided by social workers are presented from the three levels of the ecosystem.last,According to the interviews and practices,Put forward the countermeasures to solve the dilemma of community correction object from the micro,medium and macro levels,On the micro level,we can actively link resources,Improve the living plight of community correction subjects,On the other hand,the expertise can be applied,Adjust the psychological state of the community correction object;At the middle-view level,For one thing,to improve the home system,Improve the support capacity of families,On the other hand,the community resources can be integrated,Building a community network;At the macro level,First,you can increase the positive publicity,To improve the social awareness of community correction,Second,by enhancing educational flexibility,Provide personalized service solutions,Third,social forces can be introduced,We will strengthen the construction of community work personnelFinally,the whole paper is summarized and reflected on the dilemma of the re-socialization of community correction object,the advantages of social work involved in the re-socialization of community correction object and the countermeasures to solve the dilemma of community correction object.Reflect on the shortcomings of the research object and the research method and the re-socialization of the social work intervention correction object.
