The strategy of strengthening the country with talents is a strategic decision to strengthen the comprehensive strength of the country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is important to improve quality of social workers.College students,as the pillars of society and the core human resources of social development,are the most critical factor.The mainstream of the university physical education is public physical education,including university sports darts elective courses affected by the weather,number,time,facilities belong to high-end intelligent products,and darts sports is different from traditional sports,will not increase the body burden of students in sports,help to relieve students learning pressure,fatigue,loved by the masses of students.This study aims to explore the sports motivation,learning satisfaction and continuous participation willingness of students participating in universities in Shanghai,therefore,it provides theoretical basis and reference values for benevolent and sustainable development of the selection of public sports darts.The purpose of this study was to make a study of the darts classroom,which is a public sport of the University,by the research method using literature,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics.now the Shanghai university public sports darts students sports motivation,continuous participation willingness,satisfaction survey questionnaire,through the questionnaire star small program of Shanghai universities to participate in public sports darts elective students survey,the main research conclusions are as follows:Students participate in public sports darts class each variable descriptive statistical analysis: sports motivation and its five dimensions,learning satisfaction and its four dimensions,continuous participation in the mean score are at a high level,shows that college students participate in darts class has strong sports motivation,and participate in the darts darts class after class and have strong continuous participation willingness;Difference dissolution ground on demographic variables: unlike genders,grades,place of origin,majors and darts sports basic college students have significant differences in the sports motivation and learning satisfaction of participating in darts class.In terms of motor motivation,"social motivation" and "health motivation" were more significant,while in terms of learning satisfaction,"interpersonal relationship" and "learning effect" were more significant;Correlation analysis of various variables of students’ participation in public sports darts class: there is a relationship between sports motivation,learning satisfaction and continuous participation willingness in public sports darts class,and sports motivation positively predicts continuous participation willingness,sports motivation positively predicts learning satisfaction,including "fun motivation" and "ability motivation";learning satisfaction positively predicts continuous participation willingness,and "interpersonal relationship" and "learning effect" are more obvious.Regression analysis and intermediary effect test of various variables of students’ participation in public sports darts class: College students’ sports motivation to participate in public sports darts class has a positive effect on the willingness to continuously participate,among them,learning satisfaction plays a partially meditative role between motivation for sport and continuous commitment.
