| A new round of teaching reform has been gradually carried out in various provinces and cities,and the reform plan for the new college entrance examination has also emerged.The Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)was revised and published again in 2020,and the concept of ’ core literacy of biology ’ was put forward,which means that China ’s high school education is facing a new situation.At the same time,the current rapid development of science and technology,the demand for comprehensive talents is also increasingly urgent.In this context of The Times,this paper combines related disciplines to train comprehensive talents and improve teaching effect and efficiency.Around the concept of "biological core literacy" proposed in the new curriculum standard,based on the theories of educational psychology and learning transfer,the significance of subject permeation teaching is clarified,and the research theme of permeation of chemistry and physics subject knowledge in high school biology teaching is established.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers and students in several schools in Chongqing.The results show that subject infiltration teaching has not been widely used in practical teaching,but teachers and students are more willing to try this new teaching method.After defining the core concepts,taking the compulsory 1,compulsory 2,selective compulsory 1,selective compulsory 2 and selective compulsory 3 of the high school biology textbook of the People ’s Education Edition as the research subjects,the knowledge intersections between biology and chemistry,physics are completely sorted out and analyzed,and summarized into ’ high school biology and chemistry subject infiltration material library ’ and ’ high school biology and physics subject infiltration material library’.The subject penetration material library includes the following parts : the position of biological knowledge,the biological knowledge and chemical(physical)knowledge related to the intersection of knowledge,the chapter position of chemical(physical)knowledge,the relationship between chemical(physical)knowledge and biological teaching progress,and teaching suggestions.There are a total of 72 knowledge intersections in the summary statistics.Among these knowledge intersections,26 are ahead of the progress of biology teaching,41 lag behind the progress of biology teaching,and 5are similar to the progress of biology teaching.Then,under the guidance of the subject infiltration material library constructed in this study,with the goal of cultivating students’ core literacy of biology’’,representative knowledge intersections were selected to complete four teaching design cases,namely ’’elements and compounds in cells’ ’,’ material circulation of ecosystem’’,’ cell energy ’currency’ ATP ’,’ amplification and electrophoresis identification of DNA fragments ’.The above contents are closely related to chemistry or physics,and provide reference for biology teachers on how to make rational use of chemistry and physics related knowledge in the classroom,which has the demonstration significance of subject infiltration teaching cases.This study comprehensively summarizes the knowledge intersection between biology,chemistry and physics in senior high school,and designs typical teaching design cases based on this,which has certain practical guiding significance and reference value for biology teaching in the current new curriculum reform. |
