Subject integration mode has not been defined exactly and clearly since it was put forward years ago. As time went on, more and more modes have been added to the subject integration, which makes the definition of the topic broadly and in a clutter. As a result, this mode is explained from various aspects, which, however, is neither practical nor profound.Although subjects in high school are divided into art and science, this doesn't mean each subject can go on well separately, in contrast, teachers should apply the ideas of subject integration in their teaching practice, otherwise, it will lead to students'misunderstanding of the way to learn knowledge. But the teachers in China's high schools are working under the pressure of the Entrance Examination of University and they have to teach the knowledge limited in their own subject rigidly, regardless of the subject integration. Some teachers and scholars have great trouble improving the present situation because of the tradition obstacles.This article is written after a deep consideration of the present education reality and it removes the conflicts between the EEU and the education reformation. By researching the present subject integration, the author intends to find out a synthetical method which is best suitable for contemporary teaching practice. And this is the main focus of this article.The subject of biology in high school has much connection with other subjects. The author does a deep research in the connections between the theory, the textbook and the development of students'learning, trying to find the similarities and reach the education aim through the analysis of lots of cases. At the same time, the author sorts the infiltration between these subjects and states the ideas from the aspects of social science and natural science respectively.The teaching process is not the only way to deal with the connection between different subjects. However, if we mean to reach the education aim for the EEU, teaching inside the classes and outside the classes, as well as the after-school practice are all important so that the infiltration of different subjects will be practical and effective. And this proved useful and successful by paper tests and investigation in improving the students'capacity to colligate the knowledge of subjects.
