With the innovation and reform of college physical education,the development of modern teaching methods such as“Internet + Education” and online teaching,the integration of informationization and college physical education plays an active role in improving the effect of physical education classroom teaching.In recent years,as a medium linking teaching theory and practice,the teaching mode has been paid more attention by experts and scholars.This research is based on the“Super Star Learning Pass + BOPPPS” online and offline combination of mixed teaching model in the general course of aerobics to study the effect of application,the purpose of this paper is to explore the law and essence of BOPPPS + learning general teaching model in physical education,so as to pave the way for the further extension of this model in physical education.BOPPPS teaching model is composed of six teaching links,namely,Bridge-in,Objective/Outcome,Pre-assessment,participatory learning,Postassessment Summary.The characteristics of BOPPPS + learning-through-teaching mode lie in the teachers’ rational use of online and offline methods such as guidance,enlightenment,interlacing concepts,and so on,to promote the self-construction and perfection of Students’ knowledge system and technology,so that the teaching methods of teachers have been improved to meet the requirements of the modernization of college physical education reform.The research adopts mathematical statistics method,Expert Interview Method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,logical analysis method and literature material method to carry out experimental research on the application effect of BOPPPS + learning general teaching model in college aerobics general teaching.Taking 40 undergraduate students of Class 2021 aerobics course in Ningxia Normal University as experimental objects,the experimental time was 12 weeks(24 hours),the conclusions are as follows:after searching and studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,we think that the BOPPPS + learning-through teaching model is under the guidance of subject teachers,it is a Operability and implementable teaching model that can promote the all-round development of college students by giving full play to their subjective initiative.before the experiment,the author made a comparative study on the application of conventional teaching mode and BOPPPS + learning general teaching mode in two classes of aerobics with homogeneity,the research shows that BOPPPS + general learning teaching mode can improve students’ general aerobics scores to a great extent,while the general teaching can also improve students’ general aerobics scores,but its effect is not as significant as BOPPPS + learning general teaching mode.it is of great practical significance to apply BOPPPS + learning general teaching model to aerobics general course teaching.After the experiment,the students’ interestin aerobics learning and their ability of self-study have been obviously improved.By analyzing the experimental data of the experimental class and the control class,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in learning interest and self-regulated learning ability. |
