| As one of the most popular elective courses in physical education in colleges and universities,aerobics has always been loved by students.However,after the expansion of enrollment,colleges and universities are faced with the awkward problems of shortage of teacher resources and insufficient venues and facilities,which can not be matched with sports resources in a short period of time.How to make students fully enjoy sports resources under the condition of existing teaching resources is a matter worth pondering.Some foreign scholars have proposed a TBL model suitable for large class teaching,which is based on the team,combining individuals with teams,and relying on the current perfect network online platform,while giving full play to the role of individual and group students,so that the combination of online and offline teaching can echo each other.This experimental study comprehensively uses the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,literature and other research methods to comprehensively carry out teaching experimental research on the application of TBL model in the elective course of aerobics in colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)After studying aerobics for one semester,the experimental class is superior to the control class in the aspects of aerobics technical mastery,knowledge development,team cooperation and communication ability,and the mastery of aerobics special quality.;(2)The research shows that the experimental class teaching with TBL mode and the control class with traditional teaching mode have P < 0.05 in the test results of aerobics technical level,indicating that the understanding and mastery of aerobics skills in the experimental class is better than that in the control class,and the teaching effect of the experimental class is obvious;(3)From the perspective of comprehensive physical quality,the physical quality of the students in the experimental class has been enhanced to a certain extent under the TBL mode teaching,while the flexibility quality of the control class has been improved under the traditional mode teaching.However,there was no significant change in height between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment;(4)From the information obtained from the experiment,it can be seen that after the experiment,the learning interest of the students in the experimental class is significantly higher than that in the control class,indicating that the students in the experimental class like to explore learning in the TBL teaching environment. |
