Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, students of Tianjin University of Sport are under closed management on campus,so their daily life, training and related events are also affected to a certain extent. The individual movement behavior in the process of daily movement is a purposeful and conscious use of various methods and means to meet the needs of sports activities. As a collective sport, basketball also has mutual influence between individuals and collectives in the process of sports.Social ecological model is a multifaceted analysis of the relationship between individual and multifaceted factors. This study aims to analyze the psychological factors affecting men’s basketball performance through the questionnaire of social ecological model,so as to try to grasp some experimental data to improve the men’s basketball performance through the experimental intervention,so as to provide data support for the improvement of basketball athletic level of our country. In order to explore the influence of social ecological model on the sports behavior of students majoring in basketball in Tianjin University of Sport, this study takes the students majoring in basketball in Tianjin University of Sport as the experimental objects, and adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire analysis, experiment and data statistics. The results are as follows:1.Relevant questionnaires were designed and analyzed according to the social ecological model theory.A large number of questionnaires were issued for correlation test before the experimental intervention.Social support also reinforces this attitude towards sports performance by influencing individual psychology and self-efficacy.2.The experimental intervention was divided into two parts: pre-intervention and post-intervention.During the experimental intervention, the educational intervention was based on the social ecological model, involving three parts: behavioral psychological factors, social environmental factors and policy environmental factors. Results: The scores of behavioral psychological factors and social environment after data comparison before and after intervention were significantly different by paired T-test(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the policy environment factors before and after intervention(P>0.05).3.In this study, the subjective physical sensation(RPE)and heart rate(HR)methods were used as the monitoring methods of sports behavior during the special basketball training of students. The results showed that after 5 months of experimental intervention, the cardiopulmonary endurance of the students was significantly improved, and the correlation between HR and RPE was also increased with the improvement of cardiopulmonary function and individual cognitive level.4.The experimental intervention based on the social ecological model has a positive impact on the sports behavior of students specializing in basketball in Tianjin University of Sport. In particular, behavioral psychological factors and social support factors have a significant impact on individual motor behavior through experimental intervention. The results show that this study,by using the theoretical structure of the social ecological model, takes behavioral psychological factors, social support and policy environment as the main contents to conduct experimental intervention for basketball players in Tianjin Institute of Sport. The results show that the data comparison before and after the intervention has a very significant difference, indicating that educational experiment intervention has a very significant impact on the improvement of students’ ability in all aspects of motor behavior;HR and RPE also showed an increasing correlation with the improvement of cardiopulmonary function and individual cognitive level. The results of this study were consistent with the expected hypothesis of this study.
