Basketball,as the main physical education curriculum developed by ordinary colleges and universities,has a variety of sports skills,which are mostly accomplished by running,jumping and shooting,which can improve health and develop physical qualities such as agility,speed,strength and jumping,and of great artistic and ornamental value.Basketball is very entertaining,competitive and team spirit.It plays a positive role in training students’ physical and mental development and developing their brains.Therefore,Proficiency in the special motor skills of basketball is an urgent need to strengthen the physical education training in schools,in recent years,many studies have revealed the role of sports appearance training methods in promoting the mastery of sports skills,improving psychological state and improving the effect of physical education.it is difficult to evaluate sports image objectively with quantitative indexes.The progress of detection methods in cognitive neuroscience provides a new technical means for the measurement of motor imagery.Therefore,this study synthesizes the knowledge achievements in the fields of sports psychology,physical education and cognitive neuroscience,in order to further explore the relationship between the training of sports imagery and the mastery of basketball sports skills and the effect of basketball teaching,the theoretical mechanism of sports imagery cognition,psychology and nerves is put forward.By using the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,the author compared the performance of sports representation,basketball skills and brain wave components of the students before and after the experiment,To investigate the influence of athletic representation training on basketball motor skills and the influence of two teaching methods on basketball teaching performance.The results were as follows:(1)after teaching experiment,there were significant differences in MS dimension(P<0.05),MG-A dimension(P<0.05),MG-M dimension(P<0.05),CS dimension(P<0.05),CG dimension(P<0.05)and total score(P<0.05).There were significant differences in MS dimension(P<0.05),MG-A dimension(P<0.05),MG-M dimension(P<0.05),CS dimension(P<0.05),CG dimension(P<0.05)and total score(P<0.05).(2)after the teaching experiment,there were significant differences in the comparison between the control group and the experimental group basketball in situ one-handed shoulder shooting(P<0.05),mobile dribbling score(P<0.05),two-handed chest pass score(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the overall score test score(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the comparison between the in-situ one-handed shoulder shooting score(P<0.05),mobile dribbling score(P<0.05),and two-handed chest pass score(P<0.05)of the experimental group before and after the basketball teaching experiment,and there was a very significant difference in the overall score test score(P<0.05).(3)there were significant differences in the average amplitudes of the N100 components Fz point(P<0.05),Cz point(P<0.05),and Pz point(P<0.05)of the control group and the experimental group after the basketball skill teaching experiment.Before and after the basketball motor skills teaching experiment,there were significant differences in the average amplitude of the brainwave index N100 component of the experimental group at Fz point(P<0.05),Cz point(P<0.05),and Pz point(P<0.05).After the basketball skill teaching experiment,there were significant differences in the average amplitude of the P300 components of the control group and the experimental group at Fz point(P<0.05),Cz point(P<0.05),and Pz point(P<0.05).Before and after the basketball skill teaching experiment,there were significant differences in the average amplitude of the P300 component of the brainwave index of the experimental group at the Fz point(P<0.05),Cz point(P<0.05),and Pz point(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)There were significant changes in the athletic appearance ability of the control group and the experimental group before and after the basketball teaching experiment,and the total scores of the experimental group’s athletic appearance ability MS,MG-A,MG-M,CS,CG dimension and dimension were significantly higher than those of the control group.(2)There were significant changes in the basketball sports skills of the control group and the experimental group before and after the basketball teaching experiment,and the basketball sports skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.(3)There were significant changes in the EEG composition of the control group and the experimental group during the exercise appearance of the college students before and after the basketball teaching experiment,and the average amplitude of N100 and P300 during the exercise appearance of the college students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.
