| This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through analyzing the 13 men’s basketball teams participating in the 20 th Middle School students’ "Sanhao Cup" basketball match of Tongren City,The team leaders,athletes and coaches of Tongren No.1 Middle School,Tongren No.2 Middle School,Tongren No.3 Middle School,Shiqian No.3Middle School,Yuping Minhigh School,Jiangkou Middle School,Yinjiang Middle School,Wanshan Minhigh School,Yanhe Minhigh School,Sinan Middle School,Songtao Minhigh School and Dejiang No.1 Middle School were surveyed.The development status of Tongren men’s high school basketball team is systematically analyzed from six aspects,such as the basic situation,management situation,athletes situation,coaches situation,security situation and fund situation.This paper summarizes the factors affecting the development of Tongren men’s high school basketball team,and puts forward some specific suggestions,which will provide reference for the construction of Tongren men’s high school basketball team in the future.Through the research,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.The overall strength of Tongren’s high school men’s basketball team is at a medium level in the whole province,and the development of high schools in the west and east of Tongren is unbalanced.Tongren City Minzu middle School men’s basketball team as a representative,has an absolute advantage in the province.Successfully won the champion of Guizhou Junior High School Group for many consecutive years,surpassing other teams in the same region.2.Tongren High School men’s basketball team adopts hierarchical leadership and management system,but the management system is not perfect,and many details lack system guarantee.In addition,some coaches are still in the experience stage in the training plan and class hour training plan,so how to carry out the training in accordance with their aptitude and the innovation of training methods have also become an important content that needs to be further improved.Therefore,Tongren City should strengthen the hierarchical leadership and management system of "coaches→ sports group → leadership group" under the leadership,optimize the training plan,establish the system guarantee,and improve the quality of coaches,so as to realize the healthy development of Tongren high school men’s basketball team.3.The development of high school basketball players in Tongren City needs to strengthen the publicity and guidance of the recruitment of special sports students for the high school entrance examination and the selection of students admitted to the school for the general high school Entrance examination,and on this basis,actively introduce athletes from different regions;Pay attention to the balanced development of senior and junior high school men’s basketball students,form the "old to lead the new" team structure,strengthen the athletes’ physical quality,technical ability training;Don’t ignore the athlete’s academic development,improve the athlete’s comprehensive quality;Innovative high school men’s basketball players to establish a pluralistic way,so that high school men’s basketball players to the identity of special students in college.4.The coaching years of Tongren high school men’s basketball team coaches are generally more than 5 years,which indicates that the coaching experience of Tongren high school men’s basketball coaches is relatively rich.The on-the-job training of Tongren high school men’s basketball team coaches is very good.5.Tongren High School men’s basketball team has a good training field,and the existing field conditions can basically meet the needs of the basketball team’s daily training.Schools will also allocate funds,but less,the problem of tight funding is more obvious.The problem of tight fund is alleviated by the provincial basketball Association and social sponsorship.The fund problem is a difficult problem. |
