| With the rapid development of basketball,the importance of physical fitness in basketball has become more and more obvious.Since the implementation of the integration of sports and education policy,colleges and universities have become another important position for cultivating outstanding athletes.The improvement and future development of basketball competition in my country are closely related to the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities.Therefore,special attention should be paid to the physical training of college basketball teams.This paper uses questionnaire survey,expert interviews,literature data and mathematical statistics to investigate the top four teams of the 23 rd Shaanxi Division CUBA Men’s First Division League to find out the problems existing in the physical training status of each team and the influencing factors of physical training.The results as follows:1 Most of the men’s basketball players from the top four teams of the CUBA first-level league in the Shaanxi Division entered colleges and universities through high-level admissions,sports single strokes,and sports unified examinations.Most of them have many years of training and have the level of athletes.There is a gap between the top four in the country in terms of average height,weight and Quetole index.Among them,the gap between Xi’an Jiaotong University is relatively small.From these aspects,some athletes in the Shaanxi competition area are exposed to the shortcomings of thin body and poor confrontation.2 The CUBA teams in the Shaanxi Division pay more attention to the training of strength,speed,and endurance,and have various methods.Each team guarantees a certain training time and frequency,and the athletes of the higher-ranked teams have better physical training effects.However,some athletes are unable to meet the needs of competition,and their satisfaction with physical training is not high.3 Shaanxi Province CUBA team coaches have rich experience in coaching,and most teams have incomplete coaching staff structures,lack of full-time physical fitness coaches and regular learning of physical fitness training,and lack of comprehensive and systematic training plans.Athletes do not perform well on tasks assigned by coaches,there are few recovery measures and special physical training.4 The objective factors affecting the physical training of the men’s basketball team of the Shaanxi CUBA first-level league include: the learning situation of the theoretical knowledge of physical training by coaches and athletes,the training facilities,the systematicness of physical training,the composition of the coaching team,the external conditions of training in environmental facilities,etc.Subjective factors include the motivation of the athlete to train,the understanding of physical training,the state of physical training and so on.This paper puts forward the following suggestions on the problems existing in the physical training of CUBA teams in Shaanxi Province:1 All relevant departments should take various forms to strengthen coaches’ learning of physical fitness,train more specialized physical fitness coaches,and implement them at the grassroots level.Change the current coaching team form and set up a more rationally structured coaching team.Each team should study and communicate with the outstanding national teams to improve the overall strength of the Shaanxi CUBA team.2 Athletes’ physical training should be developed in an all-round way,and the training of agility,flexibility and other qualities should not be underestimated.More physical training that fits the special characteristics of basketball should be adopted.Boldly try new training methods,improve athletes’ interest and enthusiasm,strengthen athletes’ ideological education,correct attitudes,establish correct motivation to participate in training,increase the emphasis on physical training and the execution of training tasks assigned by coaches.3 Adjust the training plan and content,design a systematic training plan according to the team situation and competition cycle,teach students according to their aptitude,ensure the training time and frequency,arrange the intensity reasonably,and organize the training reasonably according to the existing conditions.Coaches should lead by example,improve attendance,and play a role as a good example.4 College leaders should pay more attention to the training of sports teams and improve the funds and hardware facilities of sports teams.According to the situation of colleges and universities,in conjunction with scientific research,scientific monitoring methods are used to improve the scientificity and systematicness of athletes’ training;organize athletes to learn the principles and methods of promoting body recovery,and increase the efficiency of training. |
