| In September 2018,the National Education Conference further emphasized the significance of labor education for social construction and human all-round development.Subsequently,the opinions on further strengthening labor education and the guidelines for labor education were issued one after another,which put forward specific requirements for the implementation and effective implementation of labor education in schools of all levels and types.Labor education has become a hot issue concerned by relevant departments.This study is based on Marx’s theory of all-round human development,Suchomlinski’s view of labor education and Chinese traditional farming culture.Through the review of domestic and foreign literature on labor education in the past 30 years,combined with the questionnaire survey of 769 students and the interview data of 13 teachers in the township primary schools of Hangzhou,Huzhou and Jinhua in Zhejiang Province,The present situation,predicament and related factors of township primary school labor education are summarized and analyzed,Among them,the solidification of traditional concepts,the backwardness of school management concepts,the characteristics of township primary school labor education,the imperfect guarantee of labor education,and the lack of supervision and management of the implementation of labor education are the basic reasons for the formation of the predicament.Based on the above problems and reasons,under the guidance of the labor education opinions and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and the "One guide and three plans" issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education,the optimization countermeasures of township primary schools to carry out labor education are put forward in combination with education and teaching theories: first thought first.To set up the correct concept of labor,discard the wrong concept of labor,and realize the importance of labor education;Second specification requirements.Highlight the labor training work of township schools,refine the plan of labor education,formulate teaching design,and ensure class hours;Third,coordinated development.Broaden the way of development,enrich the content of education,and give full play to the rural primary school students in schools,families,social places to carry out labor education;The fourth guarantee is the basis.Improve the labor education guarantee mechanism to ensure the effective implementation of labor education in township primary schools. |
