With the development of the market economy, the logistics has been subdivided into warehousing logistics and distribution logistics. Due to adapting the different needs of roles on the supply chain, creating time-space benefits, warehousing logistics have gained a good development. Modern warehousing logistics can't be satisfied by traditional storage management, they require the optimization on time, efficiency, cost and other aspects. The theoretical research of warehousing logistics has been becoming a hot spot.Concerning the management and optimization of modern warehousing logistics, this paper studies following five aspects:The first, Slotting Optimization models which base on time and cost. This model optimized area distribution, location coding, location selecting, vehicle routing and the transferring of goods. At the same time it established a management optimizing model, quantified and figured out the model by Hungary algorithms and improved genetic algorithms. Thereby it provided enterprises with a solution of in/out warehouse which is the lowest cost and highest efficiency.The second, a scheme of multi-sources divided wisdom reports. This scheme can be applied to design complex reports to meet the complex demands of logistics.The third, a model which is similar to BPR (Business Process Reengineering). It realized the BPR model in programming environment. The model can be used to adjust the business processes of logistics enterprise.The fourth, quantifiable optimization model of warehousing logistics. The model discussed the optimizing method of warehousing logistics.The fifth, the entire framework of warehouse logistics management system. Based on the applying of the above models, this paper constructed the whole system framework, it divided the modules according to different roles. The system used J2EE software framework, MVC (Model, View, Control) design module and O-O technology, thus it had such advantages as enabling span-platform system, easy maintaining and expanding.
