| In recent years,with the development of economy,the speed of urbanization and urbanization has been accelerated.The number of construction projects under construction in various cities is gradually increasing,and the transportation of muck is an important part of construction projects.The city management departments of various cities have begun to pay attention to the supervision and control of the operation of muck trucks,especially some tasks are heavy and the construction period is short.In order to pursue the construction progress,it is very common that the muck vehicles do not follow the prescribed areas and routes.It turns out that the urban management department cannot meet the management requirements through manual management,and there is a lack of effective information management methods.The whole process of truck transportation is monitored.In order to strengthen and improve the management level of muck trucks in the urban management department,simplify the application methods of enterprises,and optimize the approval of muck disposal declarations,this paper proposes the application of GPS positioning,Internet of Things,mobile terminals and other information technologies in this paper based on the actual situation of the urban management department.In the system,the intelligent management of the operation of the muck truck of the city management department is realized.In this paper,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the muck truck supervision and management system are formed through the investigation of the process of the urban management bureau’s supervision and management of the muck truck operation.On the basis of demand analysis,combined with the actual situation of the muck truck supervision and management system,the physical architecture and the detailed design of the technical architecture are carried out for the business logic of the muck truck supervision and management system,and the UML(Unified Modeling Language)is used for business functions.Graphical analysis,showing the database design through E-R diagram,finally realized the muck truck supervision and management system,and completed the system function test and performance test.In terms of the functional realization of the project,through demand analysis and architecture design,seven functional modules including enterprise declaration,collaborative approval,muck truck supervision,statistical analysis,basic information management,video management,and WeChat mini-programs were finally formed.Through online enterprise declaration,the method of enterprise declaration is optimized,thesis declaration is reduced,and the declaration efficiency of enterprises is improved.After the approval is completed,the online application of the muck truck transportation of the transportation enterprise is completed,and the approval is carried out in cooperation with various departments of the city management.The approval is completed and reported to the muck truck management department.The approval process is optimized,and the approval process can be checked at any time;Complete the real-time monitoring of transport vehicles,which is convenient for the management department to manage the muck trucks in real time;the statistical analysis module completes the functions of black vehicle prone area analysis,violation type analysis and other functions,which is conducive to the management and formulation of relative systems and provides decision makers with scientific insights.Support;the Wechat applet of the muck truck greatly facilitates the supervision and management of the outbound staff of the urban management department.Through the use of the urban muck vehicle supervision and management platform in this article,it is possible to further improve the management level of muck vehicles,simplify the application methods for enterprises,optimize the approval of muck disposal declarations,strengthen the standardization of muck transportation at construction sites,and do a good job in muck vehicle transportation.Route supervision,establish a credit evaluation system for muck transport enterprises,realize real-time monitoring of muck transport vehicles,real-time detection and processing of muck vehicles violations,collect muck vehicles through GPS positioning,mobile smart terminals and the Internet of Things Real-time positioning data is transmitted and stored in real time to realize real-time positioning,real-time trajectory and historical trajectory viewing of muck trucks,and realize the monitoring and interactive coverage of people,vehicles,ground and objects,intelligent monitoring and retrospective management of the whole process of muck transportation. |
