Research On Food Safety Supervision System Based On Internet Of Things Technology

Food safety is being paid more and more attention now, and also becomes an important indicator of the quality of people’s life. In recent years, food safety incidents were occurred frequently, exposing the loophole of food safety supervision, showing that the traditional "afterwards supervision" mode is badly in need of reform and improvement. With the rapid rise of the Internet of Things, it provides a new direction of development for food safety supervision in China. However, the study on the application of the Internet of Things in food industry is very few. So the subject is of great significance.Firstly,by comparing the current situation of supervision and the status of the information management of China and foreign countries, the paper points out the deficiencies of system and the necessity to reform; by introducing application cases of Things in the region of food safety supervision, the paper points out the shortcomings of them and provide a reference for the introduction of networking technology. Secondly, based on the result of empirical demand analysis of consumer, the paper proposes some optimization measures for the regulatory process, then builds a food safety supervision mode based on the Internet of Things and several platforms. Finally, after analyzing the essential features of comprehensive supervision system, the paper designs food business operators service platform, the national food safety supervision information platform, food safety credit system platform, food safety emergency processing platform in detail, to realize the function of the new framework and puts forward a series corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of the system.Specifically, the paper has mainly made innovation exploration in following two aspects: It propose to introduce the Internet of Things, explores how to use the technology to realize the management informationization and the prevention supervision; It proposes to build a food safety supervision mode based on the Internet of Things, to design four platforms to ensure the implementation and operation of the new system of food safety supervision, to solve the problem caused by insufficient.
