Research On The City Image Shaping Of Dongying City From The Perspective Of Scene Theory

With the trend of internationalization and the increasing mobility of production factors,cities have become not only a social public space for human survival,but also a gathering place of talents,capital,technology,information and other resources.Cities have become the most important competitive body in economic and social development.A good city image has not only enhanced the competitiveness of cities,but also affects the future development of the country and nation.So the problem of city image is of great practical significance.Dongying City is located in the north of Shandong Province and in the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta.It is an emerging oil city established relying on oil and gas resources in 1983.It is also an important node of the Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Strategy of the Yellow River Basin.After nearly 40 years of efforts,Dongying’s urban economy has developed rapidly,and the grid digital city management system has also been put into use.However,with the reduction of oil resources,problems such as Dongying’s low business atmosphere and urban cultural level,and the uneven development of East and West cities have gradually emerged.At the same time,the external perception of Dongying’s urban image is still in the stage of "oil city",The new image of Dongying City needs to be shaped urgently.Based on the above background,this study focuses on "Dongying City Image" as the core topic,and studies the shaping of city image from the theoretical research dimension of "cultural scene".This paper discusses the premise that the cultural scene adapts to the city image from three perspectives:the background of the times,consumer culture and urban characteristics,analyzes the city image from the CIS system,and then analyzes how the scene is applied to the construction of the city image from the five elements of the scene and the value dimension of the scene;Through the dual perspectives of history and space,this study defines the concept and analyzes the reality of "Dongying scene",discusses the shaping process of Dongying scene,and analyzes the city image of Dongying from the five elements and value dimensions of the scene.Dongying is currently in the transition stage from the development stage to the stable stage.We need to build a city image building system according to the scene theory.Then,with the help of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,from the perspective of people’s cognition of Dongying city image,this paper analyzes the image shaping difficulties of Dongying in the process of scene construction in three aspects:scene space construction,scene consumption promotion and scene subject participation,and through the five basic elements of the scene,from neighborhood,physical structures,persons,activities,significance and value put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis,it is found that Dongying City,as an immigrant city,has formed a multi-cultural,tolerant,harmonious and open community space in the Yellow River Estuary.It has strong local and ethnic characteristics in the value dimension of the scene,and attaches great importance to the expression of its own cultural identity.Different cultural ethnic groups try to display their own image in multiple ways,but with the change of economic foundation,There is a conflict between public memory and identity,"Oil City" has become the past,but the new memory symbol of "the Yellow River into the Sea" has not produced extensive influence and cognitive power among citizens and outsiders;At the same time,the cultural expression and impact of Dongying Yellow River Estuary culture are insufficient,and the scene cognition is separated from the city image.Dongying has a variety of cultural symbols such as Lu opera,soldier saint and salt saint,forming a diversified historical and cultural scene,but it is in a weak position in the process of scene construction;Finally,the construction of urban cultural scene is more government behavior,the participation of social people is less,and ordinary people lack the voice of urban mainstream values.
