The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin is an important national strategy,inherit the Yellow River cultural gene and promote the value of the Yellow River culture of the times has become the mission task now.Archives have the function of spreading culture,preserving social memory and passing on historical civilization.Archival creative products are special symbols and incarnations integrating archives,culture,creativity,demand and service,and the development and utilization of archival creative products of Yellow River culture is an important way to promote and spread Yellow River culture.How to better develop and promote it requires further exploration.This paper focuses on the development and promotion of cultural and creative products based on the archives of the Yellow River culture,and takes the archives,museums and other cultural institutions in the nine provinces and regions along the Yellow River as the main research objects.First of all,sort out the background of the development of cultural archives cultural and creative products in the Yellow River,understand the policy development of the Yellow River Culture,Cultural Tourism,and Archives and Cultural and Creative Industry,and analyze the development advantages of the Yellow River cultural archives and cultural and creative products.Law and investigations understand the main body,development form,and promotion method of the Yellow River cultural archives,sort out and summarize the investigation,and find that the Yellow River cultural archives cultural and creative products are facing insufficient fusion of creative elements,lack of exclusive brand systems,and lack of emerging publicity channels;Again,on the basis of existing problems,the mechanism of the development of the Yellow River cultural archives is constructed through the three levels of the resource layer,development layer,and the promotion layer through the diversified theory of files,4V marketing theory.Based on the three aspects of archives resources,development and application,and platform construction,the specific implementation path of the development and promotion of cultural archives cultural and creative products in the Yellow River is proposed.
