Research On The Green Mobilization Of Mainstream Media In The Frontier Minority Areas

Since entering the 21st century,the process of industrialization and modernization in China has accelerated day by day,and the rapid development of social economy has brought great pressure to the ecological environment.To this end,a number of environmental governance programs have been issued and put into action at the national level to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the whole society.The media at all levels have also responded positively,opening their way and contributing to the construction of "beautiful China".Frontier ethnic areas are the most prominent areas of ecological and environmental problems in China.Their local mainstream media undertake the important task of publicizing the construction policy of "environment and ecological civilization" and guiding the public to strengthen the awareness of ecology and environmental protection,and build a unique green mobilization mechanism.Using the theory of communication,literature,content and case analysis methods,combined with western social mobilization theory and relevant theories of environmental communication,this paper makes a specific analysis of the ecological environment reports of Inner Mongolia Daily and Tibet Daily in the past ten years since the 18 th National Congress.The green mobilization of Inner Mongolia Daily is summarized as the mobilization mechanism of "call response + warning education" and Tibet Daily as the mobilization mechanism of "early warning guidance + consensus coordination".It is found that the two have the characteristics of consistency in giving play to the specific mobilization effect.On this basis,through the sampling analysis of mainstream media environmental reports in other border ethnic areas,the following conclusions are drawn: 1 The mainstream media in frontier ethnic areas build a green mobilization mechanism based on the local regional characteristics,but in the construction process,its communication logic,guidance logic,scientific logic,deviation correction logic and rhetoric logic show common characteristics.2.There are also deficiencies in the Mobilization Mode and the choice of the mainstream media in the frontier.3.Further carry out green mobilization for mainstream media in frontier ethnic areas,and propose to expand the types of topics and expand the functional dimensions;Attach importance to risk issues and give play to the role of early warning;Adopt individual voice and expand common meaning space;Excavate typical deeds and deepen emotional mobilization;Five thoughts and suggestions on introducing professional opinions and cultivating intermediate groups.
