With the shift of country’s focus on the manufacturing industry,the automobile manufacturing industry has gradually begun to transform and upgrade,and automatic guided transport vehicles are more widely used in workshops.However,the current workshop layout of the manufacturing industry is not enough to provide a reasonable distribution path basis,and the search efficiency of materials handling AGV and the application of anti-collision strategies are not mature enough.Therefore,optimizing the workshop layout,speeding up the AGV search efficiency,and preventing AGV distribution deadlocks are of great significance for improving the efficiency of workshop AGV path planning and reducing the probability of collisions.Taking the car seat assembly workshop of Company Y as the research object,the paper deeply analyzes the workshop layout and distribution status,etc.,systematically studies the optimization of workshop layout and the improvement of search efficiency,and proposes corresponding anti-collision strategies.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Improve the layout of the original factory facilities.The match between the original factory workshop layout and the production process is insufficient,and many intersections are on the delivery route,resulting in frequent deadlock problems during the distribution process.Therefore,the paper firstly improves the layout of the original factory facilities.In this paper,the improved genetic algorithm based on SLP is used to improve the facility layout.The method analyzes the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship in each area of the workshop,and obtains the comprehensive correlation value between each unit.On this basis,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and then get a reasonable workshop layout.(2)Optimization of AGV distribution system based on improved workshop layout.When the facility layout is relatively reasonable,the two-way A* search algorithm is used to plan the distribution path of the AGVS,so that the AGV is more efficient in the path search,reducing turning points and shortening the distribution time;adding a time window to avoid obstacles in advance,according to the distribution tasks the priority of the distribution is to reduce the frequency of deadlocks in the AGVS distribution process,ensure the normal production of the workshop,and improve its production efficiency.(3)Simulation and verification of workshop layout and distribution based on plant simulation.Plant simulation is applied to simulate the actual production situation to simulate the operation of AGV distribution system in the workshop.The distribution distance before and after improvement and the working status of key stations are verified to realize the simulation of workshop distribution system.
