G auto seat assembly company has introduced AGV material distribution system based on the original facility layout,but the coordination between the original facility layout planning and AGV distribution system is poor,which often leads to waiting and deadlock problems in the distribution process of AGV.The commonly used serial step-by-step design method is difficult to obtain the overall optimal solution.Therefore,starting from the overall idea and considering the coupling between facility layout and AGV distribution system path planning,this dissertation studies the parallel collaborative design of workshop facility layout integrating AGV distribution system path planning.Taking the facility layout of auto seat assembly workshop and AGV distribution system as the research object,the research is carried out by using the methods of F-D diagram analysis,intelligent optimization and real-time simulation.The research contents are as follows:(1)This dissertation analyzes the process,layout and material distribution system of the auto seat assembly workshop of G company.Find out the existing problems of the workshop through F-D diagram,distribution path analysis and other methods,and provide design objectives and ideas for the subsequent workshop layout design.(2)Aiming at the practical problems and requirements of auto seat assembly workshop,a mathematical model of parallel collaborative design of workshop facility layout integrating AGV path planning is established,and a comprehensive index of minimum transportation cost and replacement cost is proposed.According to the characteristics of this mathematical model,the concepts of crossover and mutation of genetic algorithm and dynamic fuzzy adjustment coefficient are introduced on the basis of weed algorithm.The evolution mechanism and generation criteria of the algorithm are improved,and the improved weed algorithm is used to solve the model.By comparing the results of two examples under the application of parallel collaborative design method and traditional serial design method,and comparing the results of traditional algorithms such as improved weed algorithm and genetic algorithm,the feasibility of parallel collaborative design method and the effectiveness of improved weed algorithm in solving the model are verified theoretically.(3)Plant simulation software is used to simulate the collaborative design scheme of workshop facility layout integrating AGV path planning in auto seat assembly workshop.By comparing the simulation results of the original layout and the new layout,the feasibility of the theoretical scheme is verified.The results show that the parallel collaborative design method of workshop facility layout integrating AGV path planning can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional serial step-bystep design method and achieve the overall optimization;The improved weed algorithm has the best optimization and robustness;The layout scheme solved by collaborative design method is simulated.The simulation results further verify the feasibility of this method.
