| Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the market economy and the steady improvement of science and technology,the technology of manufacturing enterprises in terms of processing and manufacturing processes has gradually become standardised,making it more difficult to make technical breakthroughs and innovations,and increasing the manpower and material resources that enterprises have to consume.By optimising the original layout,enterprises hope to solve the existing problems of unreasonable layout,meandering logistics,in-process extrusion and chaotic scheduling in workshops.In this paper,the current production situation of the rubber and plastic workshop of Company A is addressed.Firstly,the process flow of the products processed in the workshop is analysed,the problems of the current workshop layout are derived through F-D analysis,the logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship and comprehensive logistics relationship in the workshop are analysed by using the system layout design method combining qualitative and quantitative methods,the location-related diagram of the operating units is drawn,and the initial layout scheme is drawn according to the location-related diagram.Secondly,in order to verify and compare whether the layout scheme is more reasonable,based on this the initial layout scheme is used as part of the initial solution of the improved harmonic search algorithm,a mathematical model of the shop floor layout and the constraints are established,and the dual objective function of minimising material handling costs and maximising the closeness of non-logistics relationships is used,and on the basis of the harmonic search algorithm,the selection,crossover and reversal variation operators of the genetic algorithm are introduced,and the the reversal variation is used instead of the fine-tuning bandwidth of the harmonic search algorithm to effectively overcome the excessive dependence of the harmonic search algorithm on the harmonic library in order to improve the diversity of the harmonic library as well as the global search capability of the harmonic search algorithm and accelerate the convergence speed,so as to achieve an improved harmonic search algorithm for solving the mathematical layout model.In this paper,Matlab software is used to implement the solution process of the algorithm,and four test functions are selected to verify the feasibility and excellence of the improved harmonic search algorithm.Through several runs,the two objectives of material handling cost and non-logistic relationship closeness are compared and analysed,and the result with the largest fitness value is selected as the final solution to obtain the optimised layout solution.Finally,Flexsim simulation software is used to set up various parameters and then establish the simulation model of the layout of the workshop facilities before and after the optimisation respectively for comparison and analysis.The simulation results verify that the logistics intensity of the optimised layout is 47.89% lower than that of the original layout and 18.59%lower than that of the initial layout after SLP optimisation.Therefore,from the perspective of the long-term development of the enterprise,the optimised workshop layout solution can effectively reduce the logistics intensity,thus achieving the purpose of reducing material handling costs.Combined with the actual enterprise of company A,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the material handling cost of the workshop as well as the intensity of handling and reducing the production cost of the workshop,the improved and acoustic search algorithm is introduced to solve the workshop facility layout optimization problem on the basis of the system layout design method,which provides certain reference value for the enterprise to solve the layout optimization problem,and also provides certain reference significance and reference value for the workshop facility layout optimization of the same type of manufacturing enterprises. |
