| With the advancement of new building industrialization,the market competition of PC components is becoming more and more fierce.The raw material cost of PC components accounts for a large proportion in the total cost of PC components.Lean procurement is a new management concept.The basic idea is to introduce lean thinking into procurement management.This thesis designs a lean procurement system against the background of raw material procurement of prefabricated component factory,so as to reduce waste,save procurement cost and improve the competitiveness of prefabricated component factory.Firstly,aiming at the construction of lean procurement system of prefabricated component factory.By analyzing the production process of prefabricated component factory,the procurement problems existing in the existing process are found,and the lean procurement research system after process reengineering is constructed.The key problems involved in the research and the ideas to solve the key problems are analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the problem of supplier selection of prefabricated component factory.The evaluation index system of supplier selection in lean production environment is constructed,and the grey correlation entropy weight BP neural network model is proposed to study the supplier selection.The maximum error between the predicted target value and the output value is 0.8184 and the minimum is0.0774.The training effect is good and can be used as prediction.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the cooperative suppliers.Thirdly,aiming at the optimization of building material procurement in prefabricated component factory.Based on the minimization of the total procurement cost,the procurement mathematical model is established,the improved genetic algorithm is designed to determine the optimal procurement batch,the model is solved by Matlab tool,and the example analysis shows that the improved genetic algorithm model of deformed steel bar with procurement diameter of 8mm can save3.71 yuan per ton compared with EOQ model.Finally,aiming at the price fluctuation of bulk raw materials,the purchase decision optimization problem is discussed.Analyze the factors affecting price fluctuation,use big data color analysis to study the price fluctuation law of rebar,and use the combination of spot procurement batch of building materials and hedging to improve the ability of prefabricated component factory to control procurement cost. |
