Research On The Impact Of Digital Innovation On The Value Co-creation Of Platform Ecosystem

In recent years,enterprises have gradually realized that it is difficult to improve their core competitiveness only by relying on their own resources and capabilities,and it is also difficult to achieve the improvement of their own value by blindly competing among enterprises.In the wave of digital economy development,enterprises change the structure and nature of their original products and services by redeploying resources through digital technology,strengthen the system integration capability through the complementary integration capability of digital innovation,and realize the construction of value ecology.The rapid development of platform economy has subverted the growth model of traditional enterprises,and enterprises are more inclined to rely on the platform ecosystem to create value.Digital innovation can provide the platform ecosystem with digital technology,data resources,digital platforms and other advantages.All participating enterprises can realize data information sharing,resource integration and allocation,and benefit risk sharing in the platform ecosystem,laying a foundation for promoting the value creation of the platform ecosystem.Based on this,this research systematically and comprehensively explores the impact path of digital innovation on the value co-creation of the platform ecosystem from the perspective of configuration,providing theoretical guidance and practical basis for all participating enterprises in the platform ecosystem.Based on the TOE framework,this research selects the representative antecedents under the three dimensions of digital innovation,determines five antecedents: data resource utilization,digital infrastructure construction,digital platform construction,digital management mode reform,and digital policy environment,and constructs a comprehensive analysis framework;Secondly,this research selects the more mature scales in the same research field at home and abroad to measure variables,and tested the data of 53 valid questionnaires with the same variance test and the reliability and validity test;Finally,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fs QCA)is used to obtain the condition combination and influence path of digital innovation on the platform ecosystem value co-creation,and on this basis,the corresponding strategies are proposed.Through configuration analysis,this research has obtained three paths to promote the value co-creation of the platform ecosystem: Date resource driven,using the flow and integration of data resources in the platform ecosystem to open up the data element market among enterprises and achieve value co-creation;Digital platform guided,realtime data exchange on the digital platform,and transfer of production resources between enterprises based on platform data management to promote value creation;Digital policy support,the support of digital policy can enhance the platform ecosystem’s insight into value co-creation and the ability to use digital innovation,and promote value co-creation.According to the research conclusions,the following strategies are proposed: Strengthen the development and utilization of data resources;Promote the construction and improvement of digital platforms;Focus on government digital policy support.
