| In 2021,"carbon peak and carbon neutral" will be written into the work report of the Chinese government,which proposes to speed up the construction of a national energy and carbon emission rights trading market and improve the dual control degree of energy consumption.In response to the national carbon target call to further control the carbon emissions of the energy industry,The State Grid Corporation of China also issued a "dual carbon" action plan,in which the development of carbon emission trading market is an important link to promote the carbon emission reduction target.Under the background of the coexistence of energy industry marketization and carbon emission trading,energy enterprises’ trading decisions are bound to be influenced by both comprehensive energy market and carbon market.Therefore,they should optimize their quotation strategies based on full consideration of carbon trading,so as to make themselves more competitive in energy trading.Based on the comprehensive energy markets more power subject Gui as research object,to consider more carbon emissions trading mechanisms Gui equilibrium bidding strategy for power subject inquiry,make its can reasonable use of market power,with the economic means to realize maximum profits,and effectively enhance the enthusiasm of power subject to participate in market competition and market competitiveness.For carbon trading mechanism,this paper,the energy power market bidding strategies and subjects to the subject and the research status of bidding strategy optimization method made a comb,second to carbon emissions trading mechanism,electricity market and the linkage between the carbon market,and more power of carbon emissions quota are analyzed,and build the carbon trading in carbon power subject more rewards and punishment cost model;The bidding function model of multi-energy suppliers is established based on multi-reward and punishment carbon trading mechanism.Secondly,based on Nash equilibrium,a bidding model of multi-supply players in comprehensive energy market under carbon trading mechanism is established.The inner model for multiple power subject for policy makers,outer layer for comprehensive energy market clearing model,policy makers to optimize power subject for more as a foundation for comprehensive energy market clearing,comprehensive energy market clearing layer according to all bidding information and system running parameters of each main body off the power of won the bid for electricity,heat,and the market price,It provides a basis for decision-makers to calculate the income of energy-supplying subjects and optimize the equilibrium bidding strategy.In view of the high dimensional nonlinear characteristics of the model,this paper uses a double-layer improved differential evolution intelligent optimization algorithm to solve it.Finally,an example is given to analyze the influence of carbon trading mechanism on the operation of comprehensive energy market and the equilibrium bidding strategy of multiple energy suppliers.The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the optimal bidding strategy of multiple energy suppliers. |
