Aero-engine,which is known as the ’ heart ’ of aircraft,is a kind of thermal machinery with high complexity and precision.Blade regulator is an important component in the compressor flow control system of aerospace engine,which is an important device to improve compressor performance and prevent engine surge.As the main control element of the blade regulator,the high-speed solenoid valve needs strong electromagnetic force and fast response ability,which requires the precise timing control and quantitative control of the oil flow.At the same time,the working environment of high-speed solenoid valve is complex and changeable.It requires high-speed solenoid valve has adaptability to the environment,which can withstand high temperature working conditions.Aiming at providing theoretical and technical support for the optimal design of high-speed solenoid valves,it is necessary to study the electromagnetic performance and temperature rise characteristics of high-speed solenoid valves.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows :(1)The multi-physical field coupling system of high-speed solenoid valve is divided into electromagnetic field,flow field,temperature field and mechanical field.The coupling relationship among these physical fields of the solenoid valve is explored.The mathematical models of electromagnetic field,flow field,temperature field and dynamics are established respectively,which pave the way for the analysis of static characteristics,dynamic characteristics and temperature rise characteristics of the solenoid valve.(2)Static characteristics analysis of high-speed solenoid valve.The static magnetic field model is established by Maxwell finite element software,and the static electromagnetic force test platform of high-speed solenoid valve is built.The verification and calibration of the static magnetic field simulation model are completed.On this basis,the influence of electromagnetic circuit materials,structural parameters and control parameters on static electromagnetic force are analyzed.Taking the maximum static electromagnetic force in the working stroke as the optimization goal,Taguchi method is used to optimize the static electromagnetic force.The explicit factors affecting the static electromagnetic force and the structural design parameters to achieve the maximum static electromagnetic force in the working stroke are obtained.(3)Dynamic characteristics analysis of high-speed solenoid valve.The flow field and transient magnetic field models are established by Fluent and Maxwell finite element software respectively.The fluid pressure obtained by the flow field simulation is used as the load force of the transient magnetic field model by using the coupling simulation method of flow field and electromagnetic field.The effects of spring parameters,magnetic circuit material,magnetic circuit structure parameters and valve structure parameters on the dynamic characteristics of high-speed solenoid valve are analyzed.On this basis,taking the shortest action response time of armature as the optimization objective,the experimental design method in MODDE software is used to optimize,and the obvious factors affecting the action response time and the structural design parameters for realizing the shortest action response time are obtained.(4)Temperature rise characteristics analysis of high-speed solenoid valve.The heat source and heat dissipation form of the high-speed solenoid valve are analyzed,the comprehensive heat conduction coefficient of the coil is calculated,and the temperature field model of the high-speed solenoid valve is established.The temperature distribution of the solenoid valve under different duty cycle signals is obtained by steady-state thermal simulation of the high-speed solenoid valve,and the accuracy of the temperature field model is verified by experimental tests.On this basis,the temperature distribution of high-speed solenoid valve under extreme conditions is predicted,and the temperature field of the solenoid valve under extreme conditions is obtained.
