With the development of Internet technology in our country,the traditional culture media industry has been impacted,gradually transforming into the Internet culture media industry.In2020,with the release of Opinions on Accelerating the Deeply Integrated Development of Media,the development of media integration has entered a new stage of development.In March 2021,the outline of the National 14 th Five-Year Plan was officially released,which further emphasized the promotion of deep integration of media,and the Internet culture and media industry ushered in high-quality development opportunities.As the Internet media industry is emerging rapidly and has huge potential,the industry competition is very fierce.Every company wants to create a unique profit model and stand out from the competition.Based on its advantages of dual-platform linkage,M Company has created its own unique profit model.As a profitable enterprise in the long video industry,its profit model is unique and worth learning from in the industry.This paper analyzes the profit model of M company from the perspective of value chain,mainly using literature research method,case analysis method and Wall score method.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes and evaluates the relevant literature for reference,and also introduces the research ideas and methods.According to the research content of the paper,the profit model,four elements of the profit model,value chain theory and value creation theory are explained,which lays the foundation for the following research on the profit model of M company.Secondly,the profit model of M company is analyzed,and its development history,main business scope and value chain contents are introduced.Then,the four elements of the profit model of M company are compared with platform A,platform T and platform Y,and the feasibility of the profit model of M company is analyzed.Then,the four capabilities of M company’s profit model are analyzed by financial indicators,and the four capabilities of six enterprises in the same industry are scored by Wall scoring method in the past four years and the comprehensive score is calculated.It is found that the four elements of M company’s profit model progress is obvious,and M company’s profit model is feasible.Thirdly,it analyzes the feasibility of M company’s profit model according to the above,and summarizes the advantages of content making,product categories,business contents and product services,which are worth learning.Other enterprises can enhance their strength by developing product categories,enhancing innovation ability,creating characteristic products and diversifying development.Finally,the shortcomings of the paper and the outlook for the future are summarized,and the research conclusion of this paper is drawn: Each link in the value chain of M company plays a role in promoting the profitability of the company,and the profit model of M company supports the strengthening of the value creation ability of each link in the value chain,thus forming a closed loop of value creation.Through the analysis of the four financial indicators of M company’s profitability,operating capacity,debt paying capacity and growth capacity,it can be seen that M company has reached the second place in the industry in just four years,and its profit model is of reference value.The innovation points of this paper are mainly reflected in two aspects: first,the selected enterprises are unique.M Company is the only enterprise with dual-platform advantages.As the only enterprise making profits in the long video industry,its ecosphere profit model is unique in the same industry.Second,the research method is comprehensive.It combines all links of M company’s value chain and four elements of its profit model.After analyzing M company’s financial indicators,M company also conducts comparative analysis with the same industry.A relatively comprehensive analysis of the overall financial effect of the enterprise profit model shows that the profit model of M company still has advantages in the comprehensive evaluation,and the profit model is worth learning.
