| With the improvement of computer network communication technology and its penetration rate,more and more network communication equipments are sold throughout China and even around the world.The business trip work of system integration engineers,has also increased greatly.Those engineers often need to go to various project implementation locations to complete technical work such as installation and commissioning of network equipment for customers on demand,and rush to the next project implementation location.This situation has greatly increased the workload of relevant companies on business trip management.Good business trip management can save corporate costs,shorten the duration of business trips,reasonably arrange work schedules and travel methods for system engineers,and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.In order to optimize travel management,this paper first studies the management knowledge of travel management and route optimization.Taking the business trip of 7 system integration engineers in an enterprise in a certain month in a certain year as an actual case,this paper analyzes it,and extracts all the information required for the planned management of the business trip of this solution.Then,using the relevant management knowledge and route optimization thinking,combined with the data extracted from the case and the Chinese railway train price schedule,this paper optimizes the planned management of the business trip in that month,and plans a set of manually optimized business trip solution,which greatly reduces the time and money cost of business trip.Then this paper takes the planned management mode as the idea,uses computers and related tools,and compiles a set of business trip management program.After inputting the data of China Railway Train price schedule and the relevant data of all travel employees and their travel work items,the implementation sequence and travel plan are automatically planned for the travel work of that month through the travel management program,a set of computer programming optimization travel solution is obtained,and compared with the first two solutions.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results,and looks forward to the future improvements of the business trip management program and more expanded fields in which it can be applied. |
