| In 2018,South Korea produced and broadcasted a career observation reality show titled "The Birth of a New Employee-Good People",which focused on legal affairs.Guests were invited to form an "observation group" to watch and observe the performance of "interns" in the workplace in the second studio,but the program’s ratings did not meet expectations.In 2019,Tencent Video platform purchased the copyright of the program and launched the Chinese version-"Exciting Offer".As soon as the program was launched,it gained high attention and discussion heat,and successively launched sequels with the theme of "interns" in law,medicine,and architecture,becoming a popular "comprehensive N-generation" observation reality show in China’s variety show market.Copyright introduction is the main way for the development of China’s workplace observation reality show and even reality show programs.For the workplace observation reality show programs that are in the process of copyright introduction,the early copyright introduction activities are only the first step for them to enter the local variety market,and the most important is their reproduction activities after entering the new living environment.The localized reproduction of the workplace observation reality show introduced by copyright often means that the program will fall into a restricted systematic updating process,that is,the program reproduction process is restricted by the external rules of the program and the internal drive of the program itself.The workplace observation reality TV programs introduced by copyright must seek breakthroughs from different elements such as the program subject,program text expression,and editing and broadcasting methods to adapt to the real context and gain recognition from the market and audience.This article takes the localization reproduction activity of copyright introduced workplace observation reality shows as an incision,and from a comparative perspective,takes the "exciting offer" as an example,focusing on what aspects of copyright introduced workplace observation reality shows’ reproduction activities on the basis of original copyright programs in order to adapt to the reality of our country,as well as its overall characteristics and motivations.This thesis mainly discusses from six parts.The introduction section mainly elaborates on the topic from four aspects: the background and significance of the topic,research overview,research path,research methods,and innovation points,as well as the development overview of copyright introduction and workplace observation reality TV programs.The first chapter uses the comparative research method to compare the local workplace observation reality show "Attractive Offer",which was introduced into reproduction by copyright in China,with the original Korean program,and then from the perspective of program content,analyzes how to localize reproduction activities in the two aspects of program subject and text expression.The second chapter starts from the communication dimension of the program,and analyzes how the copyright introduced workplace observation reality show has carried out the localization reproduction interaction in the two aspects of scheduling and transmission channels.The third chapter,based on the previous two chapters,analyzes the reasons of the localized reproduction of the copyright introduced workplace observation reality show and the overall characteristics.The fourth chapter discusses the existing problems in the localization and reproduction of copyright introduced workplace observation reality shows,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions for the problems,so as to promote the localization,reproduction and dissemination of copyright introduced workplace observation reality shows,and form a good program development model.Finally,a summary is made based on the entire text,and conclusions are drawn on the content discussed. |
