In the traditional quality evaluation of higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as notifying the evaluated units in advance of the evaluation process,missing or insufficient refinement of characteristic evaluation indicators,and time-consuming evaluation work.Currently,there is still a lack of a big data platform that can effectively solve the above problems and provide overall statistical analysis and evaluation of the quality of vocational colleges nationwide.This vocational college quality evaluation cloud platform aims to develop a cloud platform system that can assign scores based on the honors,awards,etc.obtained by higher vocational colleges in teaching,research,skills competitions,comprehensive management,etc.for consecutive years,according to their levels,grades,and quantities specified by the relevant national administrative departments.The evaluation can be conducted using a single or comprehensive quality evaluation model,and the system can generate scores and rankings.The quality assessment cloud platform of this vocational college uses the LNMP open-source website server architecture and applies technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and data visualization.It designs and implements functions such as user-level security management,role permission function allocation management,system initial management,landmark achievement management,teaching quality evaluation model management,evaluation result query management,school user-end management,and user log information management.In order to improve the efficiency of platform development and ensure the security of the development platform,the PC end of the platform uses the PHP Laravel6 framework technology for development,and the We Chat mini-program for school user mobile end is developed using the uni-app framework technology.To achieve asynchronous loading of pages,improve page access speed and interactivity,the platform also uses Ajax technology.To improve the friendliness,accuracy,and clarity of data display,the platform uses dynamic and interactive Echarts data visualization chart technology for displaying the teaching quality evaluation results data of vocational colleges.The innovation of this vocational college’s teaching quality assessment cloud platform is reflected in the following aspects: By collecting and analyzing landmark achievement data of vocational colleges nationwide in various years,this platform can dynamically track the development of schools;The staff of the Ministry of Education can independently formulate evaluation rules for evaluation models according to the actual evaluation work plan,making the evaluation indicators more refined and the evaluation process more scientific.The staff of the Ministry of Education can authorize the teaching quality evaluation model to vocational colleges nationwide.Schools can know the gaps between themselves and other colleges through selfevaluation,truly achieving the goal of promoting improvement through evaluation.This platform combines data visualization chart technology to display the teaching quality evaluation results of vocational colleges.By comparing the strengths and weaknesses of each teaching quality evaluation model,it can achieve the purpose of intelligent recommendation of teaching quality evaluation models,ensuring the accuracy of evaluation results.Based on the actual business needs of the comprehensive quality evaluation of higher vocational colleges,this platform strictly follows the principles of functional utility,high operability,high security,high robustness,and high scalability to build the overall architecture of the platform.Using use case modeling,the platform’s functional modules for various user roles are determined,and a cloud platform for evaluating the comprehensive quality of higher vocational colleges nationwide is designed and developed.This platform not only solves problems such as the advance notice of evaluation procedures to be evaluated,the lack of specific evaluation indicators,and the lack of authority in the evaluation results in traditional quality evaluation work,but also provides the Ministry of Education with evaluation standards and evaluation plans.
