| Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS)is a management tool that combines modern information technology with the requirements of laboratory management.It mainly acts on the daily management and data control of laboratory business in the form of an integrated system.Industrial measurement refers to a series of technical research and management activities carried out in the process of industrial activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of product traceability.With the construction and development of data-driven enterprises,the traditional labor-oriented laboratory management mode with paper documents as the carrier has been unable to meet the growing demand for digital experiment management in the industry due to the problems of complex processes,low efficiency and poor informatization.Taking the high-speed train industry as the research background,the laboratory of S Company,which is at the core of the industrial chain,as the research object,and the industrial measurement as the research concept,this thesis finds out the main management problems through the investigation and analysis of the traditional management mode of the laboratory,and puts forward an idea for the construction of the laboratory information management system with industrial characteristics.This thesis aims to complete the construction of laboratory information management system and to carry out management requirement analysis,function module design,function realization verification and other research work,with digital information technology as the carrier,literature research,investigation and analysis and other research methods,and using the whole life cycle,whole traceability chain,and the whole industry chain of the industrial measurement concept.The construction of the system solves the main problems caused by the paper version of information carrier,reduces the unnecessary labor costs and repetitive labor process,makes the management process and management method to be effectively changed,and has achieved the efficiency of the business process,the organizational performance of laboratory,and the achievement of industrial interoperability.Under the background of digitization,information technology and management system can be effectively applied in the industry.The innovation of this thesis lies in that the construction of the information system not only realizes the basic function of daily data management of the laboratory,but also integrates the two concepts of measurement and industry,so that the construction of the system can fit the characteristics of the industry,combine the industrial development trend and the digital factory environment to restructure the laboratory business process and change the management mode of the laboratory.On the basis of risk control,the new and old systems are switched in parallel,which solves the actual management problems in the laboratory operation process,and makes the system achieve the comprehensive management objectives of business support,experimental inspection and technical service. |
