| With the rapid upgrading and iteration of the global electronic information industry,China’s electronic information industry has entered an unprecedented period of vigorous development.However,Chinese electronic manufacturing enterprises are facing global economic turbulence,technology dependence,labor intensity,low profits and other problems.Many enterprises are facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading.This paper takes HN Company as the research object,conducts systematic analysis and scientific evaluation on the overall business development of the company,formulates the strategic system of HN Company in combination with the internal and external environment,and has practical significance for HN Company to build a long-term sustainable development strategic plan,ensure the achievement of the strategy,improve profitability and market competitiveness.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status,organizational structure and main business of HN Company,and then explains and introduces the operation effect of HG Company’s current strategic objectives,current overall strategy and functional strategy,and pointedly points out the main problems currently existing;Secondly,the development environment of HN Company is analyzed,including PEST analysis for the external environment,Porter’s five forces analysis for the industrial environment,human resources,financial resources,customer resources and core competence analysis for the internal environment of the company.Through various analysis results and the overall SWOT tool,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of HN Company are sorted out,and S-O,W-O Alternative strategies under S-T and W-T conditions;Thirdly,a weight distribution questionnaire and a QSPM matrix scoring questionnaire were formed based on various indicators obtained from SWOT in Chapter 3.By inviting the expert team,the weight distribution of each indicator was first carried out and the consistency of the distribution results was checked using AHP analytic hierarchy process.Then the expert team was invited to use the QSPM matrix to score the scores of alternative strategies and current strategies on each indicator,The adjusted overall strategy is selected according to the scoring results,and the functional strategies of R&D,marketing and human resources are formulated according to the overall strategy;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth operation of the strategy,according to the determined relevant strategies,the safeguard measures based on the system,information construction,government public relations maintenance,and corporate culture value system are formulated respectively. |
