Research On Agile Management Improvement Of Software R&D Projects Of Internet Companies

The vigorous development of mobile internet has brought huge opportunities to the internet industry,and various internet software research and development projects are in full swing,resulting in significant development for enterprises.Agile project management has achieved good results in software R&D projects of Internet enterprises.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition and the new challenges brought by the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,enterprises urgently need to improve project management methods,give full play to the advantages of agile thinking,and further improve the efficiency of software R&D projects.This article is based on the basic theories of project management and agile project development,and studies the main problems that exist in the H project.Firstly,through expert interview survey methods,common problems in similar projects are explored and summarized,and the research direction of the questionnaire survey is determined;Secondly,a large amount of questionnaire data about the H project was obtained through questionnaire survey method,and through statistical analysis,the main problems in the management of the H project were ultimately identified;Once again,based on the practical situation of the H project,explore and analyze the identified main problems,identify the details and causes of the problems,and provide a basis for the final solution design.The solution of this study mainly includes the following aspects:firstly,the agile environment of the company was improved and designed to optimize the project execution environment;Secondly,increase the demand sorting process,optimize and transform the Scrum process,enhance the applicability of the Scrum method in the H project,introduce the Kanban method to improve the task collaboration process,and make resource allocation more effective;Thirdly,establish the requirements Change control process to ensure the flexibility and order of project implementation,introduce the user experience map method,and effectively find the pain points or opportunities in the H project.This article explores and summarizes the problems in the H project management process through a large amount of investigation and data analysis.Based on the theoretical knowledge of project management,a more specific and practical solution is proposed.This solution will help improve the R&D efficiency of the H project and has reference significance for similar software R&D projects.
