Quality Management Research On G Securities Company Information Systems Under Outsourcing Mode

Constrained by the size of the securities company’s system and the demand for information system functions for business development,most securities companies prefer to outsource the information system to the system developer,and only do acceptance tests at the time of delivery to control the quality of the information system.However,securities companies lack the necessary theoretical research on the quality management of information systems,so they cannot carry out effective quality control of outsourcing information systems.This paper first reviews the analysis of information system outsourcing business of securities companies,the research on large-scale software outsourcing quality management system,the application of PDCA cycle in software quality management,the application of total quality management in Chinese enterprises,and other relevant literature,and then analyzes the current situation of quality management of G securities information system outsourcing projects,and summarizes its quality management characteristics,and then collects data through questionnaires,and uses flow charts,fishbone diagrams and other analysis methods to sort out the problems existing in the quality management of G securities information system outsourcing projects.Including weak awareness of quality management,imperfect quality management organizational structure,inadequate management of information system developers,and substandard quality in the acceptance and testing stage,etc.Finally,the implementation of the improvement plan is carried out by using new projects,which finally achieves the purpose of improving the quality of the information system of G Securities Company under the outsourcing mode,and has certain reference value for the research and practice in the same field.
