In recent years,in order to improve IT productivity,a large number of domestic and foreign enterprise organizations have begun to undergo DevOps transformation.According to industry research reports,DevOps has been widely applied in various industries such as technology,finance,manufacturing,education,and government,but most organizations are still in the early or intermediate stages of DevOps transformation.Y Bank has been implementing DevOps transformation since 2018 and successfully passed the DevOps Capability Maturity System certification in 2022.Y Bank has achieved significant results,its experience and lessons learned during its implementation process are worth studying and learning from.This paper takes Y Bank as an example to study the application of DevOps in software development project management.The main work of the paper includes the following four points.Firstly,this paper adopts the method of literature research to study the definition,development stage division,and differences between DevOps and agile development,identify the core ideas of DevOps,and clarify the relevant concepts of DevOps.Secondly,this article analyzes the current implementation status of DevOps at Y Bank,identifies DevOps practical activities,and evaluates the implementation effectiveness.Thirdly,this paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to study and identify the problems and shortcomings in the implementation process of DevOps at Y Bank,and proposes targeted improvement suggestions to form a software development project management improvement map.Finally,this article summarizes the literature research results and summarizes the best practice activities of DevOps.
