The construction of the three-level logistics system in rural areas is an important link in implementing the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the development of agricultural and rural modernization.It is of great significance to promote the rural revitalization strategy and improve the living security of urban and rural residents.Through the investigation of the current situation of logistics development in Tongliang District,it is found that the urban and rural three-level logistics network in Tongliang District is currently in an imperfect state,the distribution path planning is unreasonable,the distribution cost is high,and the efficiency is low.In order to solve this dilemma,on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of advanced areas in the construction of three-level logistics in urban and rural areas in China,and supported by relevant theories and methods,a three-level express logistics system in urban and rural areas of Tongliang District based on joint distribution is established,and the distribution path is reasonably planned to promote the joint distribution of three-level express logistics in urban and rural areas of Tongliang District,so as to reduce the distribution cost,improve the distribution efficiency,better meet the growing demand for express logistics in Tongliang District,and promote rural revitalization.Based on the existing theoretical research and policy practice,this thesis defines the basic concepts of urban and rural three-level logistics from the perspective of supply side and demand side.The construction of urban and rural three-level express logistics system mainly includes three aspects : logistics distribution mode,distribution center location and distribution path,logistics network node construction operation and implementation strategy.This thesis studies the construction of urban and rural three-level express logistics system in Tongliang District based on joint distribution mainly from the above three aspects.Firstly,this thesis studies the advantages and necessity of the construction of urban and rural three-level logistics system in Tongliang District,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of urban and rural three-level logistics system in Tongliang District.The GM(1,1)prediction model is established to predict the short-term express logistics demand in Tongliang District,which clarifies the development prospect of express logistics in Tongliang District,and also provides data support and reference for subsequent research.Secondly,this thesis applies the joint distribution mode to the construction of urban and rural three-level logistics system,analyzes the formation motivation of the joint distribution mode,and combines the two-way logistics to establish the joint distribution alliance of urban and rural three-level logistics in Tongliang District.The evolutionary game theory is used to analyze the competition and cooperation mechanism of the joint distribution alliance,and an improved shapley value method income distribution model is established to study the benefit distribution strategy of the joint distribution alliance.The results show that a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is a necessary condition to ensure the healthy and stable development of the joint distribution alliance.The improved Shapley value effectively avoids the problem of incomplete information that the characteristic value of the sub-alliance in the joint distribution cooperative game cannot be determined,and reflects the actual contribution of logistics enterprises to alliance cooperation,which is more reasonable.Thirdly,the integrated research on the location and distribution path of the joint distribution center in Tongliang District is carried out.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of various costs and distribution time windows,a multi-vehicle locationrouting model for simultaneous pick-up and delivery with time window constraints is established,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.The appropriate location of the joint distribution center in Tongliang District and the vehicle service path arrangement plan are obtained.Finally,the construction and operation strategy of the ’ county-township-village ’three-level node of the urban and rural three-level logistics system in Tongliang District is given,and the safeguard measures and policy suggestions for the reasonable operation of the urban and rural three-level logistics system in Tongliang District are given.This thesis combines qualitative and quantitative research,enriches and expands the research content and framework of urban and rural three-level logistics system,in order to provide ideas and references for the construction of urban and rural three-level express logistics system in Tongliang District,and promote rural revitalization.
