| With the rapid development of the telecommuting industry in the past two years,telecommuting products have penetrated into the daily work of all walks of life to assist employees to work in different places and cooperate to promote work in different spaces.Among them,telecommuting conference system is the most mature,most popular and most widely applicable product among the collaborative office products,With the technological innovation and the increasing number of users of cloud conference products,users have higher requirements for remote conference experience.In teleconference,the way of communication and cooperation under screen interaction leads to poor user teleconference experience,which is manifested in weak sense of presence,insufficient focus on conference content,inefficient communication and cooperation and so on.Therefore,the sense of participation and presence of users in the conference has become the focus of remote office conference system.Based on this,this study introduces the concept of embodied cognition to return the body to the interactive situation and enhance the user’s sense of participation.Through the design of embodied interaction,users’ embodied behavior and perception in the meeting are increased;The integration of AR technology makes up for the limitations of the existing conference system because of its immersion,interaction and strong interaction.Through the intervention of technology and theory,this paper rearranges the interface and interaction mode of the remote conference system,so as to provide users with immersive conference experience.Based on the research on the current situation of teleconference products,this paper first introduces the embodied cognition theory to analyze the embodied relationship between user subject and environment in teleconference: analyze the embodied relationship of user subject in teleconference context from four perspectives: environmental relevance,perceptual relevance,interactive relevance and cognitive relevance.Secondly,AR interactive technology is introduced to provide case demonstration for the intervention of AR technology through a large number of cases and feature trend analysis,then seven interactive features of AR remote office conference system are summarized,and the impact of these features on users’ specific perception in the conference context is analyzed.The embodied research further verifies the feasibility and advantages of the application of embodied theory and AR interactive technology in the remote office conference system.This paper analyzes the psychological and behavioral characteristics of users in the remote office conference system through user investigation,extracts and constructs the factor model affecting the user’s physical experience combined with the research of embodied relationship,and then puts forward the interactive design strategy of AR remote office conference system to provide guidance for design practice.Finally,in the design stage,taking the information and functional architecture of Tencent conference as the reference,output the interactive design of AR remote office conference system,including the construction of interactive interface,interactive mode and virtual real situation,and carry out the design evaluation of specific experience.This research studies the interaction design of remote office conference system from the specific perspective,applies ar interaction mode to remote office conference system,and provides design ideas for the future design trend of remote office conference system and improving the experience of complex virtual interaction scene. |
