With the advent of the digital age,all walks of life have joined the digital trend,industrial digitization is the inevitable trend of future industrial development,and the new direction of enterprises and government efforts in the future.The instrument control system emerges at the historic moment,provides the solution of equipment management digitization.It connects the equipment through the industrial Ethernet,through Android application realizes the man-machine interaction.Instrument control system is a real-time industrial control system,which has high requirements on network reliability and realtime performance.The reliability research of industrial Ethernet is very important for the long-term stable work of instrument control system.Secondly,in order to facilitate the mobile management of the instrument control system,the design of Android application which called display control system is also very important.The design principle should meet the actual work needs of the industrial system and conform to the standardized equipment management process.This thesis aims to build an instrument control system with high reliability,high realtime performance and high efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,according to the working principle of the wireless instrument control system,the structure of the system is stratified.The design of the high reliability network architecture of the access network of the wireless instrument control system is studied.The reliability index and correlation analysis method are introduced,and the reliability analysis of the basic Ethernet network topology and redundant network model is carried out by Montacarlo simulation method and dynamic fault tree analysis method.A compact double loop network is designed to construct a high reliability network architecture for wireless instrument control system.(2)A redundancy management scheme is proposed for the network architecture of the access network of the wireless instrument control system.The working principle of the network nodes of the compact double-ring network is analyzed,and the operation mechanism of the data transmission network and detection network is designed,which provides a data redundancy management scheme for the compact double-ring network and enhances the reliability of the wireless instrument control system.A redundant discard algorithm based on progressive HASH table is proposed,which greatly simplifies the complexity of the algorithm,shortens the running time of the algorithm,and solves the packet loss problem of the original algorithm when receiving data out of order.The feasibility of the redundant network management scheme is verified by Winpcap network programming software and wireshark data capture software.The results show that the redundant network has almost no failure recovery time and can meet the high reliability and real-time requirements of wireless instrument control system.(3)Realized the software development of the application layer based on the Android development platform.Carried out demand analysis and software architecture of the application layer,divided the application layer into data center and display control terminal.Divided the display control terminal into four modules according to the system requirements and explained the program implementation process of each module,and finally verified the system functions of each module.
