At present,the digital economy has become a "new engine" for high-quality economic development,and all localities are seizing development opportunities in the digital economy era,further accelerating the digitization process of economic society.In this context,global enterprises are urgently carrying out "digital" self-transformation.The continuous innovation of Internet technology,the continuous transfer of consumer preferences and the general trend of new retail have all had a serious impact on the traditional book publishing industry.Many enterprises are also facing the dilemma of offline market contraction,management and operation lag,and shortage of high-level interdisciplinary talents.Only by establishing an organizational structure that adapted to digital transformation,doing a good job in the construction of enterprise talent echelon,and actively catering to the trend of digital development,can we explore a breakthrough way under the new perspective of digital.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background,significance and value of the topic selection of the talent echelon construction of Xinhua Bookstore in H Province under the background of digital transformation.And it summarizes and puts forward the key research contents and general research ideas,and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent writing of the article.Secondly,starting from the theoretical basis of the paper,the paper clarifies the core concepts and analyzes the theoretical origin of digital transformation and enterprise talent echelon construction based on relevant theories,which provides theoretical support for the full text.Then,from the development overview of Xinhua Bookstore in H Province and the analysis of the current situation of talent echelon construction,we can deeply understand the current status of digital operation,talent resource structure,talent training and many other enterprise contents of Xinhua Bookstore in H Province.Through personnel interviews and questionnaires,the problems in the talent echelon construction of Xinhua Bookstore in H Province were diagnosed and the results were analyzed.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,the paper puts forward the optimization path and guarantee measures from the five aspects of talent resource optimization,talent management,talent training,talent motivation,talent evaluation.Aiming at the pain points and difficulties in the talent echelon construction of Xinhua Bookstore in H province,this paper puts forward effective measures,aiming at improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise,promoting organizational reform,and carrying out beneficial exploration for the talent echelon construction of state-owned book publishing enterprises in the digital transition period,which has certain reference significance.At the same time,due to the limitation of its own theoretical level and research depth,the research of this paper is still insufficient in many places.There is no mature prediction and analysis of the problems and dilemmas that may be encountered at the level of specific execution operations,so whether the proposed optimization path is feasible in the execution process and effect needs to be further tested.
