The Research On Influencing Factors Of Digital Transformation Of Enterprises In Traditional Industries

Traditional industries are an important part of China’s national economy,in recent years,under the impact of environmental changes and the epidemic,industrial development has shown problems such as insufficient technical foundation,low added value of products,and declining competitiveness.At the same time,the digital economy has gradually become one of the most dynamic economic forms in the global economy.As far as the current situation is concerned,digital transformation will gradually become an important means for traditional industrial enterprises to get rid of development difficulties and reconstruct competitive advantages.This study first sorts out the theoretical development and practical development status of digital transformation of traditional industrial enterprises.Then,through the Grounded theory method,the text data of the digital transformation interview data of traditional industry enterprises in the field survey are encoded and analyzed,and a model of the influencing factors of the digital transformation of traditional industrial enterprises is constructed,which includes three components: innovation ability element,technical ability element and organizational ability element.Among them,the elements of innovation ability include three influencing factors of R&D investment,business model innovation and innovation flexibility;the elements of technical ability include three influencing factors of data operation,digital infrastructure and industrial intelligence;and the elements of organizational ability include three influencing factors of digital strategy,digital talent and digital leadership.After the constructing the theoretical basis,this paper made an empirical analysis to verify the positive impact of the above nine variables on the digital transformation of enterprises.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the innovation ability elements including R&D investment,business model innovation and innovation flexibility,the technical ability elements including data operation,digital infrastructure and industrial intelligence,and the organizational ability elements including digital strategy,digital talents and digital leadership have a positive impact on the digital transformation of traditional industrial enterprises.(2)In terms of the impact on the digital transformation of traditional industries,the factor of technological ability has the greatest impact,followed by the factor of innovation ability,and the factor of organizational ability has the smallest impact.Among them,the factor with the greatest impact in the factor of technological ability is data operation,the factor with the greatest impact in the factor of innovation ability is innovation flexibility,and the factor with the greatest impact in the factor of organizational ability is digital leadership.Based on the conclusions above,this paper puts forward three suggestions for the digital transformation of traditional industrial enterprises from the perspective of enterprises: attaching importance to data ability,promoting the improvement of innovation ability,and laying a solid foundation for organizational ability.And also put forward four suggestions from the perspective of government : strengthen the R & D and provision of core digital technologies and digital transformation services,focusing on industrial collaboration system,solving the problem of agglomeration of digital talents,and focusing on industrial intelligence.
