With the continuous improvement of the development level of Chinese archives enterprise,the development and utilization of archives department is permeating to the higher level of cultural services.The new Archives Law further strengthens the opening and utilization of archives,thus bringing broader value space and new development opportunities for the development of archives cultural creative products.At present,the creative development of Chinese archives culture is still in the initial exploration stage.There are some problems in developing creativity and product design,such as old ideas,identical varieties,and single type.Introducing the user participation mode may be a breakthrough for the archives to catch up with and surpass the cultural innovation design.Therefore,this paper takes user participation model as the research basis and entry point to explore the development strategy of archival cultural creative products,which is of great significance for archival departments to develop cultural creative products in the new era.This paper is divided into six parts,the first chapter is the introduction.The background of the topic selection and the significance of the research are expounded.To analyze,summarize and review the research status at home and abroad in the field of archival cultural creativity.Briefly introduce the research content and research methods,and clarify the innovation of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of user participation and archival creative products.Define user participation and archival cultural and creative products,including the meaning and way of user participation and the concept,characteristics and types of archival cultural and creative products.This chapter summarizes the theoretical basis of the development of archival cultural and creative products under the mode of user participation,including the theory of public cultural service,the theory of user perceived value,the theory of archival emotional value,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.The third chapter is related factors of users’ participation in the development of archival cultural and creative products.Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate users’ willingness and ways to participate in the development of archival cultural and creative products.Then,based on the survey results,related factors of users’ participation in the development of archival cultural and creative products were analyzed from five aspects:preliminary preparation,research and planning,research and development design,evaluation feedback and marketing promotion.The fourth chapter is the case and experience of Dunhuang cultural and creative products development under the user participation mode.This paper analyzes the material-type,virtual-type and experience-type products developed by Dunhuang Academy under the user participation mode,and summarizes and draws lessons from its successful experience in the development of cultural and creative products from six aspects,including users,teams and brands.The fifth chapter is the strategy analysis of the development of archival creative products under the user participation mode.Starting from the five stages of preliminary preparation,research and planning,research and development design,evaluation and feedback,and marketing promotion of archival cultural and creative product development,specific strategies for users’ participation in the development of archival cultural and creative products at different stages are formulated from the five levels of forming user participation concept,striving to meet user needs,absorbing user participation,fully respecting user opinions,and expanding user participation,in order to realize the whole process of user groups to participate in the development of archival creative products.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.On the basis of summarizing the full text,this chapter sorts out the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the prospect of users’ participation in the development of archival creative products.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of the perspective and method of user participation in the research field of archival cultural creativity,drawing on the development of cultural creative products of the local Dunhuang Academy as a case analysis,and building a strategy system of user participation in the development of creative products of archival culture based on the new model of user participation and the case analysis and experience of the Dunhuang Academy.
