Advanced Regulation Control(ARC)technology is widely used in the field of production process automation after the digital control system makes the complex loop feasible,its key technology is advanced in that complex control requirements can be realized by configuring function blocks based on various fieldbus systems.The main work of this thesis is to further implement and validate the key technology of ARC by researching and developing the program design of Fieldbus Foundation(FF)related function block.Based on the development and completion of the ARC key technology of analog input block,analog output block,control algorithm block,this paper takes the scheduling and configuration of these function block strategy cascade technology as an example,taking the model of temperature and flow control system as the test object,the technical theory is combined with the practical application.First of all,through the comparative analysis of several common fieldbus control system characteristics,the advantages of the system-related fieldbus and the problems to be solved,it can provide theoretical support for the selection of fieldbus in automatic process control.Then the FF bus protocol is deeply studied,and the structure and function of FF function block facing user layer are described,the parameters and algorithms of AI,PID and AO,which are needed to realize the cascade technology of ARC key technology,are determined.Then,based on the How to Design Programs of modularity,the relevant FF function blocks are designed through the C language integrated development environment(IDE)of VSCode,and through the MATLAB related tools to build a test platform for the model building and simulation validation,the test results are satisfactory.At last,the thesis summarizes the work of the project,and makes the prospect of the next step based on the result analysis.
